The pool and Jacuzzi areas were fine. However, there is construction in the area. At first, they gave us a room that faced the street, and we could hear the cars and street noise. Later, in bad faith, they moved us to a room right across from a construction site, where the noise started at 7:20 a.m. and ended at 6:00 p.m. So even though the bed was comfortable, we couldn’t get any rest. Also, the bathroom smelled bad, as if there were plumbing issues.

We were visiting Bogota as tourists and stayed at Cosmos for two nights in January 2026. The hotel was having major renovation works done to its lobby during our visit, which we were warned about prior to arrival (but unfortunately only the day after our free cancellation period had ended, which felt a little cheeky). We landed in Bogota very early, and the friendly check-in staff were able to provide us access to our room on arrival, which was much appreciated. The room itself was very spacious and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was quite small, and the walls had a bit of mould that had clearly accumulated over the years. The cold water tap in our sink didn’t work. We had a room facing the main road, and the traffic noise throughout the day and night was quite loud. Our room safe was broken and a member of the maintenance staff was unable to fix it. A reasonable Colombian style breakfast was included in the cost. The pool looked nice but was unfortunately was closed when we tried to visit at 6pm. The location is not really suited to tourists wishing to visit the old town and the main tourist sites; the (current) lack of a metro and Bogota’s traffic means it is an hour taxi ride to the historic centre - although the area itself felt perfectly safe. All the staff were very friendly throughout our stay, and some spoke basic English. All in all, this was a perfunctory, perfectly pleasant no-frills hotel for a business traveller.

Had a nice business stay for 10 nights here. Mostly quiet but noisy on some days when there is a conference. I wouldn't really consider it a 5 star hotel. Traffic in the area is ridiculous. You need to take taxi everywhere. Ride to airport at normal time us over an hour and 30 non peak. Zone t is about 20 min away.

Excellent Experience, I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The restaurant was outstanding — delicious food, great variety, and excellent service from the staff. The management team was very professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. I also really appreciated the security team, who were courteous and made me feel safe throughout my stay. Overall, everything was well-organized and top-quality. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere!

This is my second visit here! I will not stay here again. I booked for the swimming pool and sauna because it is great for pre/post departure therapy. |I would have booked another hotel had I known that the pool would be closed for 2 days.|The hotel needs to advice upon check in if they are having scheduled maintenance on the pool, then guests can have an option to book another hotel. The gym has good variety of machines.|The breakfast is great with many options!|Some of the staff are a little rude and not very helpful. Highly disappointed with this second visit

1. The checkout time is until 1 PM, which is convenient and relaxed.2. The breakfast menu isn't extensive, but it's substantial and delicious.3. The bed is comfortable and the hot water works well. Don't plan on using the gym if you stay here. I went around 8 PM fully changed into workout clothes, but all the lights were off, the equipment was completely unmaintained, and the treadmill didn't even work. The staff only said that the equipment was unavailable, and it looked completely different from the gym shown in the photos. Very disappointing.

This was our first time in Bogotá and our first hotel in Colombia, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel comfortable and safe throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable — perfect after a long day of travel. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, it was a wonderful first impression of Colombia for our 11-day trip with a group. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bogotá! Congratulations to the entire staff — well done!

I enjoyed everything from the food, to the staff, to the absolutely stunning property and room. The guy at the pool was very amazing.(I didn’t get his name). I 100% recommend this hotel.
