My stay was very short, but from check in I had a wonderful experience. The room is spacious and clean and very comfortable with tons of space for my bags, a small desk to work and I loved the layout of the bathroom. Daniel at check in explained everything to me very clearly as well. Room service was so quick and the entire staff was so nice. Great experience.

The hotel was more than I was expecting. |I brought my parents to spend a couple nights with me before my flight back home, and the hotel staff was very nice and kind. |The room was big, clean, and comfortable. |Also, the hotel location was versatile because you are able to walk around different stores, restaurant, and easy to move in between the city. |I do recommend this hotel, even the price was better than expected.

Everything was impeccable during my stay in May 2026. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect: extremely friendly and professional staff, comfortable and very well-maintained rooms, spotless cleanliness, excellent facilities, and a truly outstanding experience overall. The food also deserves special mention — the breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options. The service as a whole was top-notch, with great attention to every detail. It’s not a cheap hotel, but it is absolutely worth every penny for the quality and experience provided. I would definitely come back.

This is my favorite hotel in Bogota. I love Estelar en el Parque de la 93. The location is perfect. It’s walking distance to the Parque de la 93, surrounded by awesome restaurants and also walking distance to Andino Mall. It’s located in a central location of the city where nothing is too far. The service in the hotel is amazing. Everyone in the hotel makes you feel just at home. And the buffet breakfast is amazing with so much variety of food that makes your day begin with 5 stars. I love this place and I always come back here! Thank you everyone!

We stayed at the Esteral for 2 weeks and we had a great experience the service was excellent from everyone. The front desk staff was always helpful. The restaurant staff was extremely nice and friendly. Edinson and Jose were especially accommodating, and friendly. Beds were very comfortable and rooms cleaned well as well.

I stayed here while I was in a business trip. This is the first time and the last time. The rooms are average and the beds not comfortable. The service is terrible. There was not enough toilet paper in the toilet. The There was no TV working during my stay for almost all the stay. They can to try to fix it, they spent 20mn with two person involved to conclude that there is no TV in the entire hotel due to provider. Not sure why they spent 20mn then! I asked to contact the manager, he never dare to show up. They don’t have at all the customer service mindset. Beside that the breakfast is average as well. The only good think is the location. But there are several good hotels in the area.

This hotel is ideally situated in the Parque 93 area. The staff are friendly and the rooms are large, comfortable, and well maintained. There is a large selection for the buffet breakfast, although the food could be more well seasoned. Some additional touches would elevate the experience eg room slippers and a robe, daily complementary water.

Great location. Highly recommended for Bogota first timers. The area, Parque de la 93 is very safe and has lots of great restaurants. Hotel was very comfortable. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. No real complaints, a couple of niggles but not worth writing about
