Lovely small property with thoughtful touches like cool water bottles & Nespresso available 24hrs. I had to take a last minute Zoom call and the front desk reserved the business center room for me. The rooms themselves are a bit small but very comfortable beds and linens.

Very clean but wallpaper pealing from the walls. Ac unit in the room on the floor. Door to bathroom hit bed. Just an odd place. Safe and clean just not “nice” Would do again solo if on a budget but not with wife.

I thought this place was in a nice and convenient place, where the closest train station was only a few blocks away.

The room was small but perfect for what I needed for my stay. It was clean and quiet. I love quaint and unique old buildings and this one was so charming! The tile on the bathroom floor was beautiful. Self check-in was a piece of cake. It was really convenient having a kitchenette and the bed was VERY comfortable. It’s close to the Back Bay station for easy transit around the city, and walking distance from some great restaurants and the Boston Public Library. If I come back to Boston I would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The bathroom was extremely small—you’re literally face-to-face with the wall when using it, which made it very uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness of the hotel also left a lot to be desired. The sofa in the room was peeling badly and was essentially unusable. On top of that, having to carry luggage up three flights of stairs was brutal, especially with no convenient alternative. There were several things that could have made this a much more comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness, tiny bathroom, unusable furniture, and difficult access made the experience frustrating. I would not stay here again.
