They missed our early check in but were able to get us a room quickly. The staff was absolutely excellent in bring helpful and courteous. The walls are a little thin, but all guests seemed to respect quiet hour. The location was a little lacking for walking to a train station, however, it is a short uber ride to the town center and they provide a list of local options which is really nice.

This is a great value, clean, comfortable hotel. We booked a disability accessible studio and it was great. The shower was a roll in and large. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. We were supplied with plenty of towels. The breakfast was terrific. Staff were all pleasant. The location is about 20 minutes to central Boston. There is a large supermarket a few minutes walk away.

Amazing place to stay in Boston. It is close enough to walk to Harvard square (25 minutes) but also has a bus stop right at the back of the hotel which allows easy public transport options. The staff are fantastic and accommodating with my children even allowed to paint on canvases to keep them occupied. The whole atmosphere is informal chilled and friendly, Rooms are clean and well maintained and the hotel smells lovely. There is a laundrette on site and access to amenities on request such as a microwave etc. The lobby has coffee and tea through the day. Breakfast is continental and limited but of good quality. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great hotel; the facilities are well kept and first rate, the rooms are large and have all the basic necessities (mini-fridge, microwave & hair dryer), parking is ample with an overflow lot next door, the breakfast is a great continental style that is constantly tended to. Finally, the staff was exemplary and they went above and beyond to easily accommodate our unusual storage needs that suddenly popped up- during move in week in Boston! We highly recommend staying at this hotel!

The hotel is wonderful in every way. Perfect location - walking distance from Harvard and 30 min from Boston airport. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, plenty of things for the guest to do in the lobby - from pool and ping pong tables to making your own artwork. The room is clean and quiet.|The best thing is outstanding customer service! We felt welcome and cared for by the staff. Definitely will stay again and highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this hotel. Johnathan at the front desk made every effort to make our stay with our 6 month old comfortable. He was responsive and extremely helpful, going so far as to retrieve a sentimental item that I had left in the room after checking out! That kind of customer service and kindness is rare these days. Thank you for a great experience!

Stayed here for a weekend and loved it! I had a room with two queen beds and it was the cleanest room I have ever been to in a hotel. Everything, was just as one would want in a hotel. The scent in the rooms and hallways was great compared to previous hotels I have been to. The location is great. You’re off the Charles River and behind you there is a Star Market and a bus station that takes you to Harvard Square in 5 minutes. This allows you to have access to many restaurants nearby as well as the red line. The breakfast is great! 10/10 Experience. Will recommend to friends and family visiting Boston.
