Hotel is the perfect position for an entertaining weekend away - close to Howard Smith Wharves and wonderful restaurants and views of the Story Bridge and Brisbane River. What wasn't wonderful was the view from our room - claimed to be a room next to the 'nature wall' - the only thing green about the 'nature' wall was the fluro-green scooter helmets that littered the wall and the bonus Coles shopping bag, plus other litter. We ended up spending the entire weekend with the curtains drawn. Even though this was the 'cheapest' room in the hotel, for the amount of money we paid, the view was horrible. They need to update their website with photos that are either up to date (not from a few years ago, when the wall MAYBE had that much greenery), or not use AI plants for their photos. Regardless of what time of year it was, we can't see this 'nature' wall ever being as green as advertised again. They are environmentally friendly, but when our level in the hotel wasn't one of the levels with access to fresh water from a bubbler in the hallway (on selcted levels), it's another point against them from us. Breakfast at the restaurant was yummy - but if you have the 'breakfast included package', don't get caught adding on extras, as you have to pay for them - the staff are great at upselling. The artwork in the hotel is fantastic and there was a beautiful smell when we walked into the foyer. I would recommend this place to others - but not the Nature Wall rooms.

We had the most wonderful stay at Crystalbrook Vincent and honestly could not fault a thing. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, our River King Room was stunning, and the location at Howard Smith Wharves is fantastic. What really made our experience exceptional, though, was the incredible service we received from the team. Our original plans unexpectedly changed just days before our stay, and the kindness, understanding and flexibility shown to us was above and beyond anything we could have expected. What was originally planned as a birthday staycation with my husband became a special Mummy and Daughter getaway with my 7 year old instead, and the team went out of their way to make it memorable for us. They fulfilled our request of a room with a bath, which my daughter absolutely adored, and surprised us with a gorgeous welcome note and treats in our room. It was such a thoughtful touch and made her feel incredibly special. Every interaction we had, both before and during our stay, was warm, friendly and genuine. The hotel was beautiful, the service was outstanding, and we left with some very special memories. Thank you to the entire Crystalbrook Vincent team for going above and beyond for us. My husband and I are already looking forward to coming back for our staycation redo very soon! Highly recommend. 🥰

Just a fabulous experience! From the moment we checked in we were engulfed in the luxury of this hotel. The fresh clean aroma along with friendly staff, set a benchmark for the service delivered. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bed including the pillows was luxurious. Everything about staying at this hotel will ensure that your stay in Brisbane is perfect.

Stunning motel in a fantastic location. The artwork and uniqueness of the rooms were a standout for me and they had everything you could need or want for your stay.. The rooftop pool overlooking the Brisbane River was beautiful to watch the ferries cruise past.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Brisbane and would happily stay again. The location was perfect, close to the City Cat and James Street shopping and dining, as well as the boardwalk, while still feeling like a relaxing place to come back to after a busy day of exploring. One of our favorite parts of our stay was spending time at the brewery nextdoor each afternoon unwinding with a drink, playing a few games of ping pong, and enjoying the beautiful views. It was such a fun and welcoming atmosphere and really added to our overall experience. We stayed in the family room, which was spacious and thoughtfully laid out. Our two teenage boys especially appreciated having their own space to spread out; while they did have to share a bed, it wasn't a big issue, and the extra room made the stay very comfortable for our family. The room and bathroom were both clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. The rooms and hallway are on the darker side, but did fit the property's style and didn't bother us at all. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay. The combination of the great location, comfortable accommodations, and the fun brewery downstairs made our visit to Brisbane even more memorable. We would definitely recommend it to other families and would gladly return on a future trip.

I booked the top-rated suite at the Crystalbrook Vincent as a special gift for my Mother’s 80th Birthday Celebration, and the entire stay exceeded every expectation. Unrivalled Attention to Detail The concierge and guest experience team provided supremely professional, deeply thoughtful, highly proactive and wonderfully understated service. The luxurious and spacious suite was immaculately prepared, setting the tone for a truly memorable celebration from the moment my Mother walked in. Completely unprompted and complimentary, the team arranged a generous, beautifully presented welcome platter of sweet and savoury treats, paired with chilled bubbles timed perfectly for my Mother’s arrival. Anticipating Every Need My parents felt warmly welcomed and valued throughout their stay. Knowing we had a private function booked at Bougainvillea House, at the far end of Howard Smith Wharves, the team proactively arranged seamless golf buggy transfers before and after the big event. They anticipated my parents' mobility needs without us even asking, removing all stress and making the day effortless. The Crystalbrook Vincent delivered genuine five-star care and arguably Brisbane's finest hospitality. The uninterrupted cityscape views and glimmering nighttime scenery visible from the suite were also wonderfully enticing and mesmerising. Thank you to the entire Crystalbrook Vincent team for helping to make my Mother’s milestone birthday so extraordinarily memorable. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

We had mixed emotions about this modern hotel nestled beneath the Story Bridge, in the Howard Smith Wharves section of Brisbane. First the positives: it has an incredible location! It is dead center of all the riverfront activities in that area of Brisbane, and there are innumerable dining & cocktail options within walking distance along the riverside walk, which bustles with activity, as ferry boats stream up and down the Brisbane River. You just can’t beat that location! Our room was large, with a huge balcony that overlooked the bridge and the river. Another great plus. Having said that, we had several issues with the Crystalbrook Vincent, which advertises it’s rooftop terrace bar with a fantastic river view. The only problem is: it isn’t open on Monday or Tuesday, and we were staying there on Monday through Thursday, so we only experienced it on our last night. There was no other option for a cocktail or any alcoholic beverage in the hotel on those days/nights. There is a bar in the breakfast area, but it isn’t open after the breakfast/brunch serving time, and who’s drinking at breakfast? Two employees told us that it didn’t make economic sense to open it, and they agreed that they’d never heard of a substantial hotel that didn’t offer bar service 7 days a week. We had an early morning pickup that was scheduled before the breakfast room opened for the day (6:30) and since we had paid for breakfasts during our stay, I asked if we could have something to eat before we left at 6:15 – perhaps some pastry, maybe an egg sandwich, just something to put in our stomach before beginning a long day on the Great Barrier Reef. No one had a clue if this could be done or not, and the staff members that participated in the exchange could not agree on what was or was not possible. It was a clown car experience, with all of them bickering about what could or could not be done. The good news is that ultimately we were given 2 delicious fried egg & ham sandwiches, and we were very thankful for that, but you cannot imagine how difficult and frustrating the experience was for me. No one seemed to be in charge, and no one seemed to know what to do. Very unusual for a top flight hotel staff. No one was able to give us any restaurant suggestions, and even asking them the question elicited puzzled looks. So forget about getting the benefit of any local knowledge from the staff. I guess the superb location trumps the need to hire knowledgeable staff.|All in all, the location of this hotel is excellent, and maybe we just experienced a glitch with the staff,, but what’s the story with no bar on Monday and Tuesday?

Had a week long conference here. Location, facilities and food was great, but service was the highlight. Ariana (and her colleagues) were focused and efficient with getting multiple venues, setups, catering and a whole lot more ready for us and then maintaining it as well. Hospitality at its best!
