Dear Chris, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're pleased to hear that our Night Manager made such a positive impression during your stay, and we will certainly pass on your kind comments. We are, however, disappointed to learn that other aspects of your experience did not meet expectations. We understand your concerns regarding the communication surrounding your feedback. While our General Manager did personally respond to your correspondence, we regret that the outcome left you feeling unheard. Guest feedback is important to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Kind Regards, Joseph Night Manager The Inchcolm
