Very friendly and efficient staff at this location. The food for dinner was excellent as were the beverages. The atmosphere in the lobby and restaurant is nice and fairly casual. The rooms are nice and clean. Though smaller than we normally get, the bed was very comfortable. Airport shuttle ran on time. If we ever fly out of Brussels again we will be sure and stay here.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Brussels Airport for one night after arriving on a late evening flight before heading into Brussels, and it was exactly what we needed. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a great night's sleep after traveling. The breakfast buffet was very good, with plenty of choices to start the day. There is also a small but inviting bar area, along with a convenient selection of drinks and snacks available for purchase. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the airport shuttle made getting to and from the airport quick and easy. Overall, this was a comfortable, convenient, and hassle-free stay. I would definitely stay here again for an overnight stop before or after a flight.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The service in the restaurant was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made every meal enjoyable. A special mention goes to Mr. Omar, who always greeted us with a warm smile and provided truly topclass service. His professionalism and kindness made our experience even more pleasant. The rooms were also very good clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything we needed was available, and we felt relaxed and at home throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic hotel with great service, lovely rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. Simply top!

My experience at holiday inn was not great. The hotel is a little old but a fine location for stay near airport. However service is non existent. No room service available. At the restaurant the dinner takes ages for a lot of customers. They say it will take 5 mins but it takes much longer. Will not go here again as I have had much better experiences at hotels in the area that are cheaper

Honestly was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. My first time staying at a Holiday Inn. Used the free airport shuttle, loved the self check in kiosks, great mini market downstairs, and cute lobby with some games like billiards and foosball. Room was good (got an upgrade with my IHG status!), comfy bed, but my only complaint was the lighting. We had one wall light fixture that wasn’t very bright and then 2 bright spotlights connected to the bed. Was not ideal and the buttons to turn the spotlight on was attached to the bed - leaning back we accidentally turned them on twice.

This hotel does not meet 4-star standards for the following reasons: 1. The building is very old and needs renovation. 2. The AC is a split unit placed directly in front of the bed and it was extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep. There was no central air conditioning. 3. The bed and mattress were uncomfortable and lacked support. 4. Guest service was poor - my request for an extra blanket was not provided . 5- The housekeeping service was unacceptable. -One day they entered my room while I was sleeping even though I had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. -The next day I requested cleaning by putting the sign out and by calling reception, but no one came to clean the room. 6- I left water bottles with the restaurant to be frozen and clearly marked with my room number. The following day, they said they couldn't locate them.

From the outside the hotel doesn’t look that good, but inside they had a make over. Nice lobby and good rooms. Clean ans staff is very friendly. There is a shuttlebus to the airport.

All fine, at this hotel or the HIEX neighbours very often. Food is fine and the staff at the bar is always friendly and ingredibly quick. The room are spacious and the windows can be opened. Of course there is some airplane noise in the evening and early morning (BRU Airport).
