We stayed here for three nights during the summer with our family and had a great experience. The hotel was very new, modern and beautifully presented. The restaurant was excellent, and we really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The parking was also very spacious, which was perfect for us as we have a large car. The hotel is also only a 20 -minute drive from the city center. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would happily stay here again!

1 out of 5, and this is a shame because the hotel clearly has potential. Getting from the room to reception is a trek in itself — the corridor is the longest and most winding I've ever come across, and I travel a lot. After breakfast, walking all the way back feels like a hike rather than part of a hotel stay. Restaurant service was the biggest letdown. We waited 2.5 hours for our main course and 30 minutes just for beers — nowhere near what you'd expect from a 5-star property (even from a 1-star to be honest) Breakfast itself was good, but again, service was the weak point. There was a toaster, but it was unplugged, and the only accessible outlet was behind the kitchen counter, off-limits to guests. The pool and gym are also poorly placed — you have to go outside and cross the parking lot to get to them, which feels like a strange oversight at this level. The room itself was lovely, but the view wasn't. The mattress was uncomfortable enough that I had back pain after just three nights. The TV remote didn't work at all — the TV turned on by itself every time I walked in, and I had to switch it off manually each time. On top of that, amenities like shower products and coffee weren't replenished daily, even after housekeeping had already been through. Beautiful room, poor execution everywhere else. For 5-star pricing, this fell well short.

Terrible service overshadowed a potentially great hotel. We booked a Premium Suite as a local staycation to escape the heat and experience the hotel before recommending it to visiting friends and family. I also work for a multinational company and was interested in assessing the hotel as a potential conference venue. Unfortunately, while the property itself is impressive, the service fell well below expectations. Our room wasn’t ready at the advertised 3:00 pm check-in time, and there didn’t seem to be any effort to prioritise getting it prepared. We ended up waiting in our car with a drink to pass the time. Service throughout our stay was consistently poor. We had to actively look for someone to serve us at the bar, both before dinner and afterwards. Later that evening, we returned for a nightcap, waited without anyone acknowledging us, and eventually gave up and left. The Premium Suite itself is lovely, spacious, and well-appointed. However, there were avoidable issues. The bath had no plug, so we waited almost 30 minutes for one to be delivered. The first plug didn’t fit, meaning we had to wait again for a replacement. The terrace is a lovely feature, but it was covered in bird droppings and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The worst part of the experience was check-out. The queue was around 15 people long, with an unacceptably long wait. The explanation given was that the hotel had been at 100% occupancy the previous night. If you’re fortunate enough to be fully booked, you should ensure you have the staffing and organisation to deliver the level of service guests expect. This hotel has the foundations of being excellent. The rooms are beautiful, and the facilities have real potential. However, service standards need significant improvement before I would feel confident recommending it or considering it for future corporate events. Can do much better.

The hotel was great and fresh and new. Everyone was very friendly. The food was excellent. The David Loyd spa was a bit crowded on Sunday afternoon. It wasn't enjoyable at that time however im sure if it wasn't sunday it would be more enjoyable with less people. Everything else was great. Thank you!

I am a little late to write a review after our extended and very pleasant stay at the National. The hotel and the service are flawless, it is easily one of the best hotel experiences we had anywhere. A massive thank you to the management, to the reception, the restaurant and to the cleaning crew for making us feel at home. You are setting very high standards. Looking forward to being back!

Very disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this standard. I stayed here as one of the bridesmaids for a close friend’s wedding, and unfortunately the service did not live up to expectations. The check-in experience was unpleasant, with a particularly unfriendly member of staff at reception. There were also inappropriate room changes that created unnecessary stress during an already very busy wedding weekend. Housekeeping was another major disappointment. Clothes I had left neatly on the bed were simply moved and thrown into a pile on the sofa of the room. I found this careless and quite disrespectful for a 5 star hotel I do want to mention Alex at reception, who was very responsive and genuinely tried to help when issues came up. His professionalism was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, despite the beautiful setting, the overall service, organisation and attitude of some staff members left a very negative impression. For such an important weekend, we expected much better.

Our stay at The National Radisson Collection Brussels was truly exceptional. The hotel is located in a very safe, luxurious, and incredibly peaceful area, the surroundings feel almost utopian and are perfect for relaxation. A big advantage is also the partnership with David Lloyd’s Club, which is an excellent facility and a great addition to the overall experience. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and you can clearly see that everything is new and designed with great attention to detail. As a Radisson Rewards VIP Member, I received an upgrade to a stunning suite with a beautiful view of the lake and the golf course, which made our stay even more special. We were able to fully relax, and the entire atmosphere of the hotel truly encourages rest and comfort. The restaurant was excellent, the breakfasts were delicious, and the cocktails were very well prepared. I honestly cannot wait for the hotel to open its spa, I will definitely return to enjoy another relaxing stay. The only downside for me was the quite expensive parking fee of €22 per night.

A lovely stay in a exceptional hotel! ♥️ Seriously one of the best hotel experiences I made. The hotel is new and I loved the design from the very first minute. The mixture of concrete and wood is modern and pleasant at the same time. The ordered transportation from the airport worked perfect. As a Radisson Rewards VIP member I had a warm and early check-in and I got an upgrade to a Junior Suite. I appreciate the option to use the David Lloyd Fitness and Spa complimentary during the stay. Also I like that it's possible to rent a hotel bike. The Dinner in the restaurant Stoke was amazing, even the waiting time was something long. The room was very clean and comfortable. All the staff was very nice and helpful and my special thanks to Nicolas. His calm and charming behavior was awesome. Unfortunately I stayed only for one night, but I felt very welcome from the beginning. Thank you for such a good overall experience!
