We had an excellent stay at Steigenberger Wiltcher's Brussels. We booked the hotel during the recent heat wave, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay. The room remained comfortably cool, which made a huge difference and allowed us to relax and sleep very well. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well maintained. We were also impressed by the quality of the service. Every member of the staff we interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels.

The location is calm and pleasant, and the breakfast was tasty, though not the best I've had. A special mention for the desk in the room, very practical for business travellers.|However, the overall service experience did not match the hotel's luxury positioning. The welcome was underwhelming: we had to wait until check-in to receive any form of greeting, and no one offered to help with our luggage. We were a group of five business travellers, and no one assisted us up the stairs to the check-in desk.|The in-room amenities (grooming/toiletries) were much appreciated, and small details like this show potential but the front-of-house service needs real improvement to justify a five-star standing.

The hotel feels outdated. The rooms are old and in need of renovation. Also, just a note that the access to the spa and pool isn’t included, there’s an extra charge of €45. Not what you’ll expect from a “5-star” hotel. On top of that, we were charged twice for our city taxes, which was very frustrating to deal with. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not stay here again.

Stunning from the outside. The architecture and the interior take you on a journey.staff is very friendly. Perfect location BUT our room smelled like cigarettes, the shower needed to be fixed by a plumber the next day and it didn’t find it so clean as expected from a hotel on such level. The curtains needed a wash, the carpet aswell. Room service was great. So, please have a look at the details dear management.

We had a wonderful stay at Steigenberger Icon Wiltcher’s Brussels and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is absolutely fantastic, perfectly placed for exploring the city while still feeling calm and refined. The rooms are impressively spacious, which immediately makes the stay feel comfortable and relaxed. The bathroom in particular stood out. It felt truly luxurious, with high-quality finishes and a sense of elegance that elevated the entire experience. What really made our stay memorable, though, was the exceptional service at the front desk. The team was consistently welcoming and professional, and a special mention goes to Blanca, who patiently helped us with numerous questions and recommendations. Her warmth and attentiveness made us feel genuinely cared for and well looked after. Overall, this hotel delivers on comfort, luxury, and service. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again on our next visit to Brussels.

We stayed here for one night for my birthday. The reception staff were fantastic. In particular the guy who checked us in, I can't remember his name. They were so lovely & couldn't have been more helpful. Our room was lovely and spacious. The hotel is beautiful and kept immaculate. Very well located, not too far from the airport, close to the shopping area & within walking distance to the the main sights. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Our stay at the Steigenberger Icon Wiltcher's Hotel Brussels was truly exceptional! A special thank you to Ilias, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made my birthday celebration unforgettable. The beautiful birthday surprise was such a thoughtful touch. Our room was spacious, elegant, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, and the entire staff provided warm, attentive service throughout our stay. The only two disappointments were that noon check in and access to the spa were full book. Also, we expected the hotel to be more family-friendly, but the pool is restricted to guests aged 18 and over, which families with children should be aware of. Overall, this was a luxurious and memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you again, Ilias, for making my birthday trip to Brussels so special. We look forward to returning!

This is the most luxurious hotel I have ever stayed at, and I highly recommend booking it through the American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts program. The front desk accommodated an early check-in at 10:30 AM, provided a room upgrade, and the exceptionally helpful staff personally escorted me to the room to explain the layout. The room featured a very comfortable bed and a complimentary minibar stocked with champagne and soda, along with a free box of chocolates. During the stay, I utilized the well-equipped gym and the spa facilities, which included a great sauna and jacuzzi. I also spent the 85 euro property credit at the bar on some whiskey. The hotel's location is ideal for getting around since it sits close to the city center and right near the tram station. You do notice some tram noise at night, but it did not bother me.
