I am sharing my genuine experience after staying at this hotel for six days. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, less than a one-minute walk from the entrance to the train station—you can literally see one entrance from the other. The rooms are admittedly a little dated, but unless you are planning to buy the hotel, they are perfectly adequate for a comfortable night’s sleep and exploring the city. Our room was quiet. Although the soundproofing was somewhat limited, the hotel accommodated our request and provided us with a peaceful room, even though this meant giving up a better view. We had requested a quiet room in advance through Booking.com, and they kindly took this into consideration. The in-room facilities were sufficient. I agree that the bathroom, the walls, and the furniture could benefit from some renovation. However, as I mentioned, considering the excellent location, the service offers very good value for money. The breakfast was enjoyable and offered a sufficient variety of options. Since we were in Belgium, I personally think French fries would have been a nice addition. Housekeeping came every day, and the cleaning service was satisfactory. We did not use any of the refreshments in the room because we did not want to risk our €50 deposit. :) Finally, being able to leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out and continue exploring the city was another great advantage. Thank you for the pleasant service.

We loved this hotel and will certainly return.|Immediately we entered the hotel we had a good impression. The Reception staff were friendly and welcoming and the large gleaming ground floor with its spacious and stylish seating areas and bar area added to the elegant feel. |Our room and bathroom pleasingly reflected the hotel’s past in their period fittings and the beds were very comfortable and a good welcoming tea/coffee tray with biscuits. However, although the room was fine for a double bed, it was a bit small for our twin beds with no space between them. |Breakfast was very good, with juices, fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, cooked items, cold meats and cheese, a variety of bread and rolls and jams. |The young restaurant staff under team leader Mohammed were friendly, enthusiastic and helpful, replacing items as necessary, keeping tables clean and ready for the next guests.|Likewise the ‘Dames de Chambre’ (Chambermaids) and cleaning staff were friendly and efficient and contributed to the feeling of wellbeing throughout the hotel. |The hotel’s location could not have been better. Situated near the busy medieval Grand Place and an attractive area, nonetheless it was quiet with no street noise from our 4th floor room. We were able to walk to several areas and sights, enjoying Bruxelles. The Rooftop Bar with 360 degree views was a delight.

Location is great- really central. Staff were very helpful- I found them excellent. Room was clean. Breakfast was tasty & I tried some wine later in the evening, which was also delicious. I had a room with a separate sitting room area, which I found to be very good value. In total: beautiful hotel, really friendly staff, delicious food & drink, relatively cheap. I really enjoyed my stay & will return. (Also, room had air conditioning, so it was an oasis in the heatwave)

Do not be fooled into thinking this is a 4-star hotel, because it is definitely not. After staying here, I am convinced all the good reviews were bought and written by bots. I am only giving this place one star because it is the lowest rating the platform allows. This was an unbelievable disappointment. From the moment we arrived, the staff was completely unhelpful and disengaged, outright refusing to process any of our check-in information or verify our details until exactly 3:00 PM. The property itself is incredibly dated. The rooms are painfully old, and to make matters worse, one of the elevators was broken. The bathroom experience was the absolute breaking point. The overhead shower was terrible!! the water poured straight out like it was coming directly from a broken pipe with absolutely zero distribution. To make matters worse, the electricity in our room completely shut off while I was in the middle of using that terrible shower. This was not a weather-related outage; it was clearly the result of ancient, poorly maintained electrical lines. I have never experienced a power outage in a hotel in my life. The sheer lack of maintenance and customer care here is unbelievable. Save your money and stay anywhere else.

Great location and good size room. Clean and good air con on a really hot weekend. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment but the rooftop bar was a big plus, if a bit crowded.

The check-in was easy and the staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and just what we expected. It is SO close to Grand-Place! We happened to be there the weekend of the Beer Festival. So a lot going on! Loved all the pubs and restaurants in the immediate area. My only complaint is the shower/tub combo. While the shower itself is very nice, there is no door. So the entire bathroom floor is soaking wet when you're done. We went through a lot of towels. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

We liked Warwick Hotel Grand Place very much. Perfect location, comfortable rooms, very good buffet breakfast, lovely rooftop bar. |Special mention to Mr MOHAMED at the breakfast room who was very nice!! He even arranged for us to open a small side of the breakfast room at 6:00 am as we had an early flight, so we could take a coffee and fix a sandwich to take with us.|I recommend this hotel.

Great location 2min short walk downhill from Brussels Central station makes this very well located if you plan on using Brussels as a base. Just around the corner from the hotel there are numerous restaurants to choose from and also just a short distance to the grand place which is amazing.|We had a Junior Suite as there were 3 of us which we found was very good & the bathroom was very big. |Staff were excellent and were happy to assist us if we had any questions or requirements.|We would be more than happy to stay there again.
