Google· 2 months agoWe had a wonderful experience at Anantara. The hotel is both luxurious and full of historic charm, with high-quality amenities throughout. Service was outstanding from start to finish — every request was handled with care and attention. A special thank you to Szonja, who was lovely and went out of her way to accommodate everything we asked for. Dinner at The White Room was a highlight. The food was excellent, and the musicians played tango for us during our meal, which made the evening feel incredibly special and personal. The spa was another standout. The team paid attention to every detail, and the relaxation room after the sauna and pool, with a beautiful selection of teas, was the perfect way to unwind. We would highly recommend Anantara and would love to return.

Google· 4 months agoWe absolutely loved our stay at this hotel 🩷 We came to Budapest for a few days to celebrate my birthday, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They helped my boyfriend decorate our room and arrange beautiful flowers for me, which made my birthday even more special 🤗 The building itself is stunning, and the rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you might need. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the breakfast — delicious food, a wonderful selection, and such a lovely atmosphere. We would also like to give special thanks to Zsolt, who looked after us during breakfast. He was always warm, attentive, and welcoming, making every morning a pleasure ☺️ We would be delighted to return and stay here again in the future!

Tripadvisor· 3 weeks agoWhat a beautiful hotel, it really is something special and has a truly luxury feel. Close enough to walk to the basilica and all Budapest has to offer. Incredible cocktail at Poets bar. Atrium lounge has live musicians and free shots at 6pm each night. Breakfast is excellent and in stunning settings, with a VIP feel being in New York Cafe and having other tourists take constant selfies!! Spa is small but pleasant to use. Rooms are immaculate and well maintained. Turn down service each night and little treats left on the bed. We were on the top floor in a premium room with terrace, which was extra special. A small detail, but the lifts are excellent- you never have to wait for one! Concierge service great, all in all a wonderful stay. We will recommend and we will be back!

Google· a month agoI had the pleasure of staying at the Anantara New York Palace for two nights on my recent trip to Budapest. The highlights of the stay included the attentive staff and lovely accommodations. The team did a great job. When I called down for extra towels, they answered addressing me by name and already knew my room number, which made for a seamless experience. I also had some trouble in the locker room when visiting the pool, and the staff on site quickly helped and put me at ease. The room featured a comfortable bed, a beautiful view, and fresh flowers in the bathroom, which were a nice touch. I also appreciated that we received multiple complimentary bottles of water that were regularly restocked. While there was a countrywide mandate preventing room temperatures from being set below 70°F due to the energy crisis, I still found the room to be a very comfortable temp. Returning after a long day out to find turn-down service had been provided was a wonderful surprise. As a helpful bonus, the hotel emailed me prior to my arrival with a comprehensive PDF covering everything to know about Budapest. The lobby bar and the stunning central atrium were additional highlights of the property. My only minor critique is that the bathroom had some small cosmetic flaws, such as a slight gap where the faucet meets the wall. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would gladly return.

Google· 8 months agoI had a great stay at this hotel in Budapest. I was really surprised by the excellent service — they even let me check in early, which I really appreciated. The room was huge and beautiful, and the breakfast was very generous compared to other five-star hotels in Europe. The price was also very affordable for the quality. I would definitely stay here again!

Trip.com· 5 months agoBeautiful classic hotel in the middle of Pest nearby all the monuments. Great breakfast and good rooms. Cleaning staff needs to communicate in better english. Rest is all good.

Google· 3 months agoThe hotel was beautiful and very peaceful. You can come for Budapest and just stay for the hotel. That’s how much of an experience it can provide. The interior is lovely to relax in and the spa is very comfortable. The breakfast service is also expansive, offering several delicious local and international options. The waiting staff is very courteous and attentive. We were served by Marton who was especially attentive to details, proactively offering additional champagne and drinks and making it a very easy and pleasant experience. If this were a traditional restaurant he definitely would have deserved a very generous tip. Thank you Marton!

The atmosphere was lovely, and the service was absolutely fantastic. A special thank you to Zita and Nora, who were both incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made me feel comfortable throughout my visit and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Their attention to detail and friendly approach really stood out. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in what they do. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and very happy with my visit. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone looking for excellent service and a relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
