Our stay started smoothly with an easy check-in and a comfortable room. Unfortunately, later that night we discovered that the bathroom basin was leaking badly, causing water to flow onto the floor. It became slippery and | nearly fell, which was a serious safety concern.We immediately contacted the front desk and someone came to inspect the issue quickly. However, we were simply told that there was"no contractor available tonight" and that we needed to move to another room.At almost 10pm, after we had already unpacked and settled in, this was extremely inconvenient. While staff offered to help move our luggage, realistically, most guests would not feel comfortable having others handle their personal belongings. We ended up repacking and moving everything ourselves late at night. What made this more disappointing was that we were told the replacement would be "the same room." It was not. We had specifically booked a room with a balcony, but the replacement room had no balcony at all. What frustrated me most was not the plumbing issue itself- problems can happen anywhere. It was the lack of empathy and service recovery. There was no sincere apology and no real effort to acknowledge the inconvenience caused.Thankfully, I booked through Trip.com. Although they could not fully resolve the issue, I appreciated their effort and professionalism. Ironically, I felt more care from the booking platform than from the hotel.For a hotel marketed as a 4-star property, this experience fell far below expectations. A leaking basin may be an accident - how guests are treated afterward is a choice.

We loved Hotel Vision. It's on the Pest side, so almost everything we wanted to see was a short walk away. Check-in was easy, and they let us drop off our luggage early, which was a huge help after traveling. The front desk staff were wonderful, super helpful and always ready with a recommendation or a quick answer. The room and bathroom were great, clean and comfortable. Having an espresso machine in the room was a nice bonus, and there's espresso in the lobby too. Honestly, everything was fantastic. We'd stay here again without a second thought.

The location was amazing and And everything was within walking distance. The staff were incredibly helpful kind and generous. I ended up getting a massage and spa and therapist were incredible. I ate at the hotel Restaurant and staff and menu were wonderful. The room Had all the right amenities plenty of storage space, comfortable bed, and was very clean. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Budapest!

Great hotel in the center of Budapest. Basically if you stay in this hotel you will be in the proximity of 10 - 20 min walking from every major turistic attraction from downtown. But not only this is great at the hotel, the rooms are very quiet and the full hotel has been designed with a lot of architectural taste. You will enjoy the small details from the lobby, corridors and rooms. Very good organized in terms of space and colors. The services are perfect, and I really say perfect. From the personal from the reception to the one which help at breakfast. Very professional service which you will enjoy during the stay. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of food variation. Complementary parking space it was as perfect as we have come with the car and we didn’t want to drive during the stay. Thx to all the persons from reception which behaved very professional all the time. It is worth the price down to the last penny. For sure we will return here when we will be back in Budapest.

Great hotel. It feels super clean and modern. Very nice design. Rooms are spacious. There's courtesy water and nespresso capsules in the room and also an all day free coffee machine in the lobby where they offer pastries in the afternoon. Breakfast is good. Not a lot of options in the buffet but good quality. Staff was nice.

Great place to stay, about 150e per night in July weekend, great bed and pillows, decent water pressure in shower, easy to get around the whole city. Staff was super nice, Hotel very clean and pleasant, even lobby with live TV, coffee spot and water. In room n espresso machine, chocolate on the bed, super service. We'll come back

Beautiful Hotel very convenient location. Want to walk in it’s very modern very up-to-date. Staff is very courteous to us they offer her a complementary coffee while we wait to be registered. The rooms were very special very comfortable. Bathroom were fantastic. Very clean. We have a parking so we just go and visit around and see the beautiful city many places to walk around and places to eat, I think is an extremely good value. I highly recommend recommended. We’re really enjoyed the location. Transportation is all around the city. We really enjoyed our day.

We’ve stayed in many different places, but it’s been a long time since we visited somewhere as wonderful as this. The location is absolutely fantastic, the service is excellent, and the room was amazing — spacious, spotless, beautifully organized, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Good value for the money. The atmosphere was pretty nice. We especially appreciated the extra facilities, including convenient parking and electric vehicle charging, which made our stay even more comfortable. Everything was perfect from start to finish. A truly wonderful experience and definitely a place we would be happy to return to. 10/10!
