The location was perfect, the atmosphere, value cleanliness, noise level, service, and amenities all aware 100% satisfactory. We had a very pleasant and efficient check-in although we are a large group of 11 people so we had many rooms. That check lady was very professional and pleasant, she gave my sister a very nice upgrade when she noticed that she has a baby and a kid, her room was perfect. All our rooms were perfect. We had rooms from almost all categories. The service is top notch! The housekeeping is excellent. Room service was really good as well as well as the downstairs restaurants. We had dinner at Nobu and of course it was excellent. Even when I lost my portable charger, the manager of the restaurant restaurant spent an hour over the phone, trying to locate it through CCTV and he also offered to replace my portable charger, which was very kind of him. All The other professionals at the hotel where Top Notch.|One of the best experiences we have ever had at a hotel. Highly recommend, if you come to Budapest, look nowhere else but this hotel. We stayed a total of four nights and we wished them to be longer, and we are definitely going back in the future probably for a longer stay.

Booked 3 levels above basic room 28sq.m. to get larger room 35sq.m. which was just large enough. Reservation addressed all our room requests (hangers, types of coffee/tea, type of pillows, location)! Great location near Chain Bridge, backs onto pedestrian Fashion St. 15-20min. walk to Parliament Bldg, US Embassy, Opera house, Ruin Bars, excellent restaurants, the metro/trams/ Hop On Hop Off Bus. Excellent service! Fair pricing & no hidden charges. Free Wi-fi with Loyalty program sign-up. Very clean (thx to Edmund & Rohgen housekeeping).! Smells great! Amenities great: Nespresso cappuccino maker & refill pods, tea bags & stainless steel tea kettle (on request), Diptyque bath amenities, large plush bath towels & bathrobes, slippers, etc. Built-in cabinetry/ closets serve you well! Has a built-in luggage stand & a nice wooden folding luggage stand in room. Good AirCon! Comfy bed except their pillows. Their Concierge staff are very responsive: Dalma, Tamás, András. They gave us many sightseeing & shopping options, & were up-front about 30% hotel surcharge for any opera/tour ticket bookings. They made great restaurant recommendations & booked our reservations (no charge). Thank you! Breakfast Buffet extensive with free á la carte items like Eggs Benedict, Omelettes, Tofu Congee, cappuccinos, waffles + omelette station.Buffet: sausage, bacon, eggssalads, smoked salmon, breads/ pastries, tropical fruit & berries; smoothieCONS: feather pillows were Standard size & too small & thin for the oversize King bed. The “gatekeeper” older lady at breakfast seemed rude. Staff in the breakfast restaurant seem so serious & stressed. No accountability per table. Everyone served you in some way or another. Didn’t know who to tip! Also needed bigger window. Wish we had a fresh air balcony.

We stayed at Kempinski for 4 nights between 20.08.26 to 24.08.26. Room: We stayed in a Premium Deluxe Twin room on the 5th floor, overlooking the inner garden, was totally awesome! It's modern, bright, quiet, and spacious, and we had a lovely time there.🥰 The bathroom, with its separate toilet, rainforest shower, and bathtub, was a luxurious touch, and we appreciated the nice slippers and bathrobes as well. If I had to nitpick, I'd wish for slightly softer beds, firmer pillows, and a cooler air conditioning system, I.e. even after adjusting it down by 3 degrees everyday, the room still stayed at 23°C🥵. Location: In terms of location, Kempinski scores 200 out of a possible 100🏩! First of all, it's located between two Metro stations on Line 1: Deák Ferenc tér station is a mere 1-minute walk, and Vörösmarty tér station, near the Budapest most popular shopping street, Váci utca, is just 4 minutes away. It's also an 8-9 minutes walk from St Stephen's Basilica and the Andrassy utca (Budapest high-end shopping street). Deák Ferenc utca (Fashion street) is actually right behind the hotel too. Plus, the beautiful Ersébet Park, home to the Ferris wheel, is right outside! 💯 Service🙆: Every staff member we met was super polite and friendly. A huge thanks to "Biorka" (can't recall her name) and Daniel, who let us check in early and check out a bit later. Breakfast🍱: Our breakfast experience was delightful, we didn't purchase the breakfast for the whole stay so we paid 33,350 HUF per visit for two. We had it twice and found it to be lovely and great value for money! The semi-buffet offered a fantastic variety, including an egg station, English breakfast, continental options with plenty of fruits, salad, cakes, and breads. You could also order à la carte items like eggs Benedict🥚, congee🍚, and French toast🥪...etc. Personally, I loved their egg dishes—omelettes, eggs Benedict, and egg potato rosti were all delicious! Overall, we had a fantastic time at Kempinski Budapest! Highly recommended! It's definitely one of the best in terms of location, comfortability, and value for money.🤩

A splendid experience! From the moment you arrive, you are treated with first class attention and assistance. The staff was highly personable, professional, and accommodating. Our room was spacious looking out onto the square and well appointed with sleek, comfortable furnishings. Bedding was luxurious, bathroom, though somewhat tight, had a marvelous shower. The concierge staff was on point with recommendations. One of the most pleasant surprises was the morning breakfast in the Es Bistro—extraordinary buffet items tailored to various tastes. Truly a remarkable stay that set a high bar for the next 10 days of touring Central Europe!

I believe this is one the most iconic hotels u can visit in Budapest. Elite, personabal, spacious rooms. Coffee machine in the room. Even a working desk there. Astonishing! U are surrounded by concierges: concierge desk, concierge recommendations in the room, Ladies-in-Red. I was escorting a group of people, guests of another company i am working for. We had some questions and reception team, ladies and red & concierge Attila were very pleasent and willing to help. Thank u all for the amazing experience our guests had here!

A true 5 star hotel. Even though I arrived at 1:00am I was greeted and assisted by the wonderful staff. The room is pure luxury; spacious, comfortable , modern, complimentary water, smart tv, charging ports and coffee pod machine. I found the pillows way too soft but I’m sure I could have asked for firm ones. The Diptyque soaps and lotions had a perfume that didn’t sit well with me so I used my own soap. The oat milk sachets for the coffee were great but weren’t replaced even after asking reception, but these are small things and the over all experience is top notch. We were with a tour group so the breakfast was in a different area than the usual. It was high quality. The location is perfect, right in the centre of things.
