I've stayed at many hotels over the years, and I don't often leave reviews, but I felt this one was deserved. The Roombach hotel is in a great location, the rooms were clean, and the overall stay was excellent. What really stood out was ZOLTAN. His level of hospitality was exceptional. He consistently went out of his way to help, always greeted guests with a genuine smile, and made everyone feel welcome. I actually chose to return to this hotel because of the experience I had with him. What impressed me most was that it wasn't just directed at me. During my stay I saw him interact with many different guests, and he treated every person with the same professionalism, warmth, and patience. That kind of consistency is rare and says a lot about someone's character. People like Zoltan are a big part of what makes guests want to come back. He left a lasting impression on me. Thank you to the entire team for a great stay. I'll definitely stay here again for a 3rd time.

Overall a great place to stay. It’s on a good central location. It’s a short walk from all three underground lines, a major trolley stop, and major bus stop, including the airport bus. The breakfast buffet is outstanding! Plenty of very good restaurants within a few minutes walk. The decorators made some questionable decisions, including a bathroom door that’s lightly frosted and doesn’t go top to bottom or edge to edge, and some “artsy” wallpaper and paintings. Very nice to have room or towel refreshing every day. The desk staff is very helpful and friendly.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and absolutely loved the location. Everything is incredibly convenient. The bus stop is just about a 5-minute walk away, and there is a direct bus to the airport, which made getting to and from the airport so easy. No need to take a taxi or worry about transportation at all — the bus is literally just around the corner and takes you straight to the airport. All the main attractions are within walking distance, and the area felt safe and pleasant. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby, so everything you need is right around you. For me, the location was definitely one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. I would happily stay here again!

Perfect location close to the city center and to the end stop of airport express bus 100E. My room was quiet, clean with big comfy bed. The buffet breakfast with good choice. Hot water available at the reception/bar at any time. The staff is friendly and ready to help. I would surely recommend the hotel and stay here with pleasure next time.

We stayed 4 nights and LOVED the ROOMbach. Great central location, comfortable, large bathroom. Near grocery store and restaurants. Trams/Metro a 7” walk. Best hotel breakfast buffet we’ve had especially helpful waiter Z. Zsolt. Very friendly, competent front desk was very helpful with logistics, reservations, tickets especially Vira’gh Zsolt and Ferenc. We highly recommend!

The hotel is well located near the Deak Ferenk Ter, which runs al around the town. However coming from the Airport it's even easier with the 24hr Bus 100E from airport to Deak Ferenk and its 5 mins to the hotel. Checking in was simple and easy, bedroom is designed for two people as we booked with a really clean bathroom and plenty of shower gel, shampoo and hand wash with lotion. I even had a razor blade on request. Shower is good and powerful, room had a TV with basic chanels and the beds were clean and well kept. Breakfast is amazing with plenty to chose from. Juices, tea, cofee and water. Yogurt, pastries, great soft bread, local fruits and meats. You will NOT be dissapointed. Great stay with amazing staff.

Wonderful place to stay while in Budapest. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is located in an area with many restaurants and coffee shops. And it is close to transit centers. (But within walking distance - at least for us - of all the attractions in Budapest). My only, very minor, concern is the bathroom door does not allow much personal privacy.

The hotel is one of the best in Europe, a type of central hotel. Unlike many others, it is clean here, the staff is polite and always ready to help. But what impressed me was the personal attitude. Dear people, thank you for the surprise you gave us on the occasion of my husband's birthday. This is called good management. It is not difficult when you register a guest at the hotel to see when his birthday is. But few Managers know how to do this. Thank you from ❤️ for the gesture, for the kind welcome, for making our holiday special. This is how guests are welcomed. You deserve more stars, because small gestures make big people. I recommend to the guests of Budapest, a wonderful place with a thought for the person, the excellent breakfast and the warm welcome. We will come back again! ❤️🫶❤️
