Feirs Park Hotel & Rooftop exceeded our expectations. Every staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our return flight to Houston wasn’t until 9 p.m., so we asked the front desk if we could leave our luggage until 5 p.m. Instead of having us check out, they kindly extended our room key access to 5 p.m. We travel frequently around the world, and this is the first time we’ve received such thoughtful and generous service.

Overall, I recommend this hotel because of its great potential, but there are several details that need improvement. The room was nice, though the floor was wet when we checked in, and the kitchen is a good feature but currently unusable since there are no utensils provided. At night, the bathroom plumbing makes quite a bit of noise, and breakfast was a bit disappointing as the hot dishes were served cold. Also, adding some background music in the dining area would help mask the noise of other guests eating, which makes the environment feel less inclusive; for this reason, it might not be the best fit for people with autism or sensory sensitivities.

The neighborhood looks decent but the street the hotel is on is so noisy that I can recommend it for anyone who looks for peace. The one way street is a thorough way to major route of the city. The buses, trucks and passenger cars constantly flow through and often jammed up. The noise seems never stop.

I feel sorry to leave a one star review since the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, but our experience at feirs park was far away from even a three star hotel let alone a five star. When you arrive at the hotel a kind gentleman opens the door for you and handles your luggage. The reception is also very forthcoming. The lobby area looks okay. Once we entered our room we immediately felt uneasy and uncomfortable. The room looked straight out of the 1980s. It was rather dark, the interior was very old and dated plus there were some mysterious grey spots in the shower. The floor under the desk was dusty. Our balcony had some puddles of water and no furniture whatsoever. A musty smell lingered in the room which was VERY noticeable. Also a bag of tea was already opened. Since it was only for one night, we decided to enjoy the rooftop pool and make the best of it. Unfortunately the pool also did not live up to our expectations. It is small, not heated and the poolside chairs looked dirty and old. Nevertheless we decided to spend some time in the pool to wind down. This did not last long, because we noticed large diving beetles living comfortable in the pool. FYI they tend to enjoy waters and pools that are not kept well. At that moment we decided to go down to the reception. As we made our complaints the staff offered us a room upgrade which we gladly took. The new room was of the diamond category, but in my opinion still did not live up to the standard of a five star hotel. In comparison to the first room it looked renovated but nontheless dated and dark. The hardwood floors are very slipery and uneven, but at least there was no musty smell. The Wifi also does not work properly on the higher floors. In both rooms you could hear everything going on in the hallways and the other rooms. The breakfast buffet was disapointing. The bread and pastries were old and stale, the potatos cold and inedible. As for fruits and veggies only apples and orange slices are available. No veggies in sight. In conclusion I absolutely cannot recomend this hotel to anyone and we are glad that we only had to stay for one night.

When we stayed (August 2025) there was an issue with hot water, in that there was none! But to be fair they emailed a week in advance and tried to resolve the issue (free cancellation, like for like booking in nearby hotel, or discount for inconvenience). We went with the discount because it seems to be very hard to find interconnecting rooms in Buenos Aires, and we were only there for two days. And the interconnecting rooms were perfect, the kids had their own room, we had ours, there was a separate living area, 3 bathrooms, and a large balcony. It was like having our own spacious apartment but with hotel service. Ok, I thought dinner in the hotel was average and breakfast was really poor, but I’ll put that down to the fact that there was almost nobody staying in the hotel probably because of the hot water problems. And the decor might be a little old but I don’t see that that matters, it was all very clean and nice. Also the rooftop pool, whilst we couldn’t use it as it was too cold in August, I thought looked really nice, you can even see Uruguay in the distance. The location is great, very central, we could use it as a base to explore the city on foot. So, if I go back, I’ll stay here again.

The hotel is old and has a musty smell in most areas including the room. Most room have bath showers with curtains some walk in but with curtains but very tight. The toilet faces a wall very tight to sit, worst I have ever seen, bathrooms are small. Definitely not a four star so don’t be deceived by pictures. Dark wood and dark rooms with limited lighting. The only plus side is rooms are generous wish the bathrooms were. We travel a lot and stay in five star or very good four star this hotel is def a three star hotel. Investment is needed now. We asked to move rooms and staff are great but all rooms similar, better to move hotels!! No English TV at least BBC would be nice.

Close to the cruise port. The service was amazing. Even gave us a late checkout. The rooms are dated. TV’s are only Spanish which isn’t good for an international Hotel. The mini split made like gravel noises all night. Great area and close to restaurants and parks.

This hotel is labeled as a 5 star hotel, but it is actually 3’star at most. The bathroom is too small not clean, there is a lot of dirty spots in the shower room. There is no rack for placement of soup or shampoo in the shower. We had to put them in the ground of shower. The toilet is leaking water. The front desk people was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent
