Like most older hotels in South America maintenance is difficult but the rooms are still nice and the location is great. The staff was very obliging and found is a room with a king bed. There is a mini bar with some drinks. The lobby is elegant and the breakfast was good though not extensive.

Although earmarked as a luxury hotel, at my arrival, after 9PM, there was no doorman, no clear access door and stairs to climb along with my 2 pieces of luggage and backpack, which I had to carry on my own. After check-in I was assigned a room, woth 3 tiny beds, although I'm a solo traveler, I requested a room change, which was granted, but of course I had to carry all my stuff myself since there's no staff there to help with your things. The bar beer selection was incredible poor and of a mediocre quality (only Heineken and Stella) at draft small brewery airport prices. The place isn't necessarily bad, but not at all worth the price paid per night, it honestly check other options on the same range, this is not worth it.

Such a beautiful hotel, located in a wonderful part of the city. The room was comfortable, warm and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of options. All staff were friendly and helpful. A truly fabulous hotel!

My husband and I spent 6 nights at the NH City Hotel, where we were attending a week-long jiu jitsu event. The staff were very attentive - in particular Milton and Bautista at breakfast, who provided decent coffee and excellent service.|A massive thanks to Leonardo and the rest of the reception team, who responded to all of our enquiries with patience and professionalism - an issue with the shower head, needing extra blankets, and also use of an iron.|The only negative was the room location, as it did seem to be quite gloomy and a bit noisy from air conditioning units, but in hindsight we could have asked to move rooms.

This hotel should never receive 5 stars, 3 stars at best.Quality of the rooms and common areas are horrible, needs renovation.Bathroom had horrible smell of moisture and fungus, disgusting.Very very expensive for the quality we get. Only good thing is the location.

Brilliant hotel! Lovely rooms, good location, breakfast was delicious too. Very very friendly and helpful staff, especially Bautista and Daniel in the Food and Beverage department. Really made our stay in Buenos Aires even more special - thanks so much again from Colm and Niamh

The location is good, but room 205 is dark and cold and noisy. It has constant noise from air conditioning, and it has no natural light. Maybe this is different in other rooms, but I would recommend avoiding this room. The service is excellent though, the staff are very helpful, the breakfast is nice and the function rooms are good.
