Very well located, walking distance to many tourist sights. The staff is so friendly and welcoming always and gave us very good suggestions. The rooms are large and the beds are huge also which was ideal being a family of 3. A great option in the city centre! Would definitely come back.

The hotel manager is the worst person I’ve ever met. They lie they turned the heat off in my room. They turned the electricity off in my room. I spent over $20,000 at this hotel I had over $3.5 million stolen from my room and I had stuff stolen from my other room after spending $20,000 the hotel manager locked me out of my room. They are now being investigated against criminal thing. I think she’s an absolute thief I would run as far as you can I would never come to this hotel. It’s the worst hotel. I’ve been to over 800 luxury hotels and this one doesn’t even come close to a one star hotel

Definitely not a 5-star hotel. The positives mainly include its convenient location, cleaning stuff that appeared attentive and spacious room. On the negative side, the breakfast was mediocre, both in variety and taste, the dinner we had there once was also mediocre and the room was REALLY dated, with rust appearing in most bathroom surfaces.

We stayed at the Hotel Regal Pacific for one night on January 2nd 2026 and then 2 more nights January 17th and 18th. All of the front desk staff were very pleasant and patient with us as there was a language barrier. The hotel is in a fantastic location and has a very impressive lobby/reception area. The daily included breakfast was very good with a good selection to start our day. Our room itself was spacious and clean as was the bathroom/shower area. I have to say that the shower head and water pressure has been the best I have experienced while traveling! The only negative I had with the room was the lack of outlets and charging ports within the room. This had to be done in the bathroom. Throughout our stay all of the staff that we encountered were terrific and a credit to the hotel. The recommended restaurants and hop on hop off tour were greatly appreciated. I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

Excellent location, with good access to move over the city, speccially with family. Own parking. Really nice and helpfull personel. Nice rooms and amenities in general. Good restaurant with a great fresh breakfast.

Excellent hotel with a great location for visiting Buenos Aires. Reception was easy and stress free (special thanks to Veronica). The bar and restaurant were very good with great prices for quality food. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate for our needs. The room was clean, quiet and well prepared but looked a bit 'tired', forgiveable for the price point! Checkout was smooth. Staff all round were friendly with most having a good knowledge of English which was great. I really do recommend this hotel...

On April 19 I suffered a severe and totally unexpected health issue. It was around 1 AM, and when I called the reception they acted very quickly, calling an ambulance and taking care of the situation in a professional way. The 5 stars go to the staff members that on that night made a big difference in my serious health emergency.
