Beautiful wonderful hotel and guest experience. Staff was exceptionally trained. Room was always spotless and you have everything you needed and then some. Bathroom was really nice and spacious. Rooms were quiet and quite comfortable. Food was very good. Loved the pastry cafe. If you want t be in Recoleta, it’s the perfect location. Steps away from cafes and shopping.

Every staff member of the Sofitel Recoleta is highly trained in hospitality. Bell staff jump to open doors, help with staff, luggage, directions, all with a smiling "buen dia" followed by an inquiry regarding how they may help. Luis Cruz was invaluable for retrieving our luggage and assisting us to our ride. Reception is the same and our check-in/check-out with Camila over our two tour stays was efficient, always informative and helpful, not to mention friendly. The prepared dishes for our farewell dinner were excellent, served attentively with smiles by Gabriel and Noelia, standing by for requests. All the Alma Restaurant provided such service. While the rooms were a bit worn (mainly, the bath fixtures - the 2-level, push-button toilet was recalcitrant) they were immaculately clean. It would be nice if the TV service had more than Bloomberg for news in English. Only major dislike: the breakfast buffet is weak, especially, the watery cream and cheese, scrambled eggs and the chewy bacon. We would stay again; a great location in a nice neighborhood.

Great stay at the Sofitel! Excellent service throughout, with a welcoming and attentive staff who made the experience memorable. A highlight was ending each day with a relaxing drink at Felicia Bar, where Fernando and Frederico showcased their professionalism, hospitality, and skill in preparing excellent cocktails. Their attention to detail and friendly service made every visit a pleasure. Looking forward to returning!

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Buenos Aires. Everything was excellent, and the breakfasts were delicious. The service was exceptional, and I’d especially like to mention Gabriel, who was incredibly friendly and polite. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! ❤️

My husband and I spent a couple of weeks in Buenos Aires during July and chose the Sofitel in Recoleta as our base, even while taking side trips outside the city. It was an extremely perfect choice for our holiday because the location in Recoleta is top-tier and felt so safe and central. From the moment we pulled up, the service was truly exceptional. The young men at the front entrance were always right there to handle our heavy luggage with a smile, and the concierge desk provided top-notch recommendations that made our trip so special. We experienced such great hospitality and genuinely comfortable beds after long days of walking around the neighborhood. I originally tried to submit this feadback using the card they handed us at checkout, but since the link gave me trouble, I wanted to make sure I left 5 stars here instead. We loved everything about our time at this property and will definitely be returning on our next Argentine adventure.

I want to recognize Agustina, Milena, and Jasmin for their exceptional hospitality at the Sofitel Buenos Aires Recoleta. While working in the lobby near the patisserie each morning, I was consistently impressed by their prompt, friendly, and courteous service. They were perfectly attentive without being intrusive. Their professionalism contributed significantly to my outstanding stay and overall success during this trip to Buenos Aires. I had a wonderful experience during my week at the Sofitel Hotel Recoleta in Buenos Aires. The staff was very was friendly and helpful. Thiago, one of the doormen/porters at reception, was very helpful in securing taxis and helping with luggage. The restaurant staff were very hospitable and the cleaning staff did a great job with the room and were attentive to detail. I highly recommend stay here!
