We, a senior couple, stayed in Room No. 1416 for 4 nights from 7th June. The room was a compact one, with a kitchenette, attached modern bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the beach. The place was neat and clean and was being cleaned every day. Being vegetarians we needed to cook food and the kitchenette with an electric cooker, stove served us well. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great location for restaurants and bars and nearby beach and other attractions. Great vibe to the whole area. Hotel is pretty tall and offers many room types, often as a suite with kitchen facilities. Nice views for most from various room aspects. Modern stylish bathroom with good shower. Big comfortable bed - had a very nice sleep. The windows in the room look substantial but did feel at times if one of them was open, or at least ajar as it seemed noise from outside was evident. Couldn’t spot an opening though. Breakfast selection was covering all the bases of hot and cold and western style options. Very tasty. Staff friendly and helpful here. Lifts can get busy in the morning so be prepared to wait. I used the stairs on occasion as it was only a few floors to the 5th floor reception and restaurant. The reception is quite small and doesn’t seem appropriate for the size of hotel but rooms and floors are high quality.

Booked 3 double suites with sea view. I thought the hotel was very near the beach and was thus expecting full view of Haeundae Beach. However, the sea and beach were blocked by buildings and were barely visible from the hotel windows. To be fair, the rooms were very big and the location made up for the shortfall. Came with a bedroom and a living area, balcony, washing machine, clothes rack, bathtub and comfortable bed. Conveniently located in front of Haeundae Station, which was also the meet-up point for our Busan local tour. Egg Drop was just next door. Busan Bada Sand store was right opposite. Walkable to Haeundae Beach and Haeundae Market. Overall, a nice stay .Note: For those taking the intercity bus from Incheon Airport to the hotel, the bus terminal had relocated further up (at a bus stop instead), so you will need to walk quite a bit to reach the hotel.For those taking the intercity bus from Incheon Airport to the hotel, do note that the intercity bus terminal has shifted to a bus-stop further away, so you will need to walk distance to reach the hotel.

there are 4 other hotels, cinemar and other entertainment establishment in the same building. Lifts are supposingly serving different zone but actually not. Also they respond to every floor call even the lift is full. It difficult to get into a lift in the morning and evening.It is the only one with dropbox in G/F lobby. Our room was spacious. Not spotless clean but upto exepection. Right at the underground station. Can imagine it can be miserable for those who stayed at the beach had to brave the chilly wind for 20 min. all the way down to the breach from the station

Great location, large spacious rooms. Good for families with young children (cots are available). Elevators can take forever as they are not well optimised and there can be a queue even later at night.Lobby closes between 23:00 - 7:00. You can still check in/out and there is a phone number available. But if there is any minor issue and it is late you have to wait till morning (e.g. one day they forgot to put bath towels in our room).Overall very good experience.

Location was good, amenities nearby. Room was spacious for me and my daughter. Checkin was initially confusing, went level 6, but check in is at level 5. Only downside was the lift. All 4 lifts were extremely busy, serving all floors and waiting time can be long. But it seems the lift will change it's operation to low and high floor soon.

It was perfect location. We had group tour. The meeting point was right in front of the hotel. We had lots of time to prepare. It was perfect size for 3 gen family. Loved the way they made beds. Also they provided quick service when we had problems. It is arm reachable location for haeundae. Our family had great time. Thank you.

Cleanliness and front desk service ok, average. Room is big but the two sofa chairs are useless, it would be better to have coffee table or dining table to make the space more useful. The lift facility is the worst part of the stay. 4 lifts servicing 47 levels. Too few lifts for too many floors. There are at least 3 hotel establishments in the same building.
