Great and modern hotel in Busan! Spacious rooms and smart toilets. Breakfast was good with various selections. Friendly staff. Only negative thing is that it took forever to get an elevator. There are only two elevators for the rooms on high-floors. I waited usually between 4-8 minutes for an elevator.

Very clean and comfortable luxury hotel with generous views of Busan and the sea. Breakfast is excellent with various western and Korean options. Staff are courteous abd professional. Excellent cafe at 28th floor which has 360 degrees view of city and the sea. Hotel is walking distance from many points of attractions.

We had a corner view room with a city view and the room and view on 21st floor was Stunning. Best room in our 24 day Japan Korea trip. The location is perfect as it's a short 5 to 10 minute walk across the bridge to Lotte Mart, BIFF Street and Jaldachi Fish Market. A few negatives are the hotel lacks amenities like complimentary water,tea,coffee,ice and you have pay 15,000 wan to use the Onsen. These were firsts on this trip with 6 other hotels. But the positives outweigh the negatives by far.

The hotel has a unique exterior and feels quite luxurious for a 4-star hotel. The location is good, around a 15-minute walk from Nampo Metro Station. The main advantage of the hotel is the great views from the rooms. There are a few downsides, though. The elevators are extremely slow, and the rooftop restaurant closes at 10 PM, which feels way too early. The gym is also poorly equipped, and there are no towels or restrooms in or near the gym, which is quite disappointing.

Very disappointing front desk experience for a 4-star hotel. On Aug 11 around 8:25 PM, I went to the front desk because I had accidentally left my key inside the room and needed help. Before even trying to understand what had happened, the staff member, Kang Jieong (short hair), looked at me with an annoyed expression and simply said, “11,000 won.” I had to explain again that I had only left my key inside. Only then did she ask, “Room?” “Name?” — literally just one-word questions. Is this really how front desk staff at a 4-star hotel are trained to communicate with guests??? I spoke with manager Jo Yeolje, who said the staff would be retrained. I appreciated his response, but after seeing many older reviews mentioning similar issues with the front desk, I have to wonder how seriously this feedback has actually been taken???

I came for comfort, rest, and views, A harbor dream, a room to choose. The lobby shined, the skyline glowed, But disappointment filled the road. The photos promised something bright, Yet my room felt tired in the night. The walls seemed worn, the charm felt thin, And little details wore me down within. I hoped each day would change my mind, Some hidden magic I might find. But as the hours drifted by, The room just left me asking why. Busan's beauty stole the show, The sea, the lights, the streets below. Yet when I returned to rest my head, The room fell short of what was said. Perhaps others may disagree, But this was simply it for me. A lovely city, a wonderful view, But a room I'd rather not return to.

The only downside is that the standard rooms and the bathrooms are quite small. It can be a tight squeeze if you have multiple large suitcases, and the bathroom design (lacking a proper shower separator in some rooms) meant the floor got quite wet. The elevators can also be a bit slow during peak times. Overall, a great base for exploring Busan, just manage your expectations regarding room size!

We stayed for a couple.of nights and had a lovely stay. The hotel room was a good size and very clean. The breakfasts were great and the cafe on the 28th floor did some really tasty cakes/salt bread
