I stayed at this apartment hotel in Busan and was extremely satisfied with my stay. Location：The location is perfect! It’s just a 3-minute walk to Haeundae Beach, 3 minutes to LCT Mall, and very close to Busan X the Sky. There are plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and cafes right nearby, making it extremely convenient for both sightseeing and daily needs. Room Facilities：The room is very well-equipped for a comfortable stay. It includes a washing machine with a drying function that works sufficiently well, plus space to hang clothes. The fridge is large and keeps items nicely cold. The kitchen comes with useful equipment including a pot, frying pan, and full set of utensils — ideal for simple home cooking. Note that oil and seasonings are not provided. Value for Money： The price is very reasonable and offers excellent value. It’s about 3 to 4 times cheaper than the beach-view hotels across the street, while still being so close to the beach and major attractions. Overall, this is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Haeundae. Highly recommended for the superb location, practical facilities, and great price!

Very clean room with partial view of the sea. Near to many amenities including three 24/7 convenient stores just downstairs. Bus stop just 3 minutes walk away but metro 10 minutes away. Walk 3 minutes to Haeundae Beach.

The apartment is quite a basic no frills type but it serves its purpose for our family over a short stay in Busan. The location is great though, within walking distance to the Haeundae Beach and the traditional market for street food at night. There’s also convenience store located at the first floor of the building.

The BEST thing about the hotel is the location, which is right by the beach. It’s near lots of restaurants and lots of convenience stores, so you could pretty much eat 24/7! The hotel is OK, I won’t stay there on my next trip. We were 4 women, they knew this from the reservation, but they did NOT want to give us 4 bath & drying towels, we had to fight for 2 extra EVERY day. Now, they got their towels back every time they came to clean, but would repeatedly only leave 2 each day. There’s a combined washer/dryer, there’s a mini kitchen, a full refrigerator/freezer, there’s a pullout sofa (which at least in our room), needed to be replaced, it was even sit. Like I said, it’s a great location. It’s walking distance from the very famous Haeundae Market, which is full of restaurants, food stalls, stores, etc. I hope this review helps someone. Unfortunately, I don’t have photos, but I will always take them in the future.

The room is spacious, clean, noise proof and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The hot and cold water pressure works perfectly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the best features is that the bathroom is equipped with a bidet. The room also provides a kettle, tea bags, glasses, hairdryer, and an iron for ironing clothes. Towels (both large and small), shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are included, although toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided. The accommodation also offers useful amenities such as a rice cooker and an inverter washing machine, making it convenient to do laundry during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped if you wish to cook, though you need to ask the reception for instructions because the gas stove operates with a safety switch system. The location is excellent — very close to the beach and the bus stop, with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Another highlight is the very friendly and helpful reception staff, both the women working the morning shift and the men working the night shift. Overall, it offers great value for the price.

This hotel is ok. For the old age of the facilities and clear damage in the room, I kind of expected the room to be spotless, but there were plenty of hairs, dust, and wipeable stains I noticed. Nothing appalling, but definitely noticeable. It is a budget hotel after all, but for the same price I also stayed at Hotel Society and I found my room cleaner there. It’s not a horrible place though and the location is good

Very close to beach, great price, and friendly reception. The laundry machine in each room is very useful, and it even has a gym and golf simulator in the building.

Property itself is clean and well equipped with washer, dryer, microwave and everything one needs for a comfortable stay . Plus the views are pretty and right across the beach . There are tons of restaurants and shops . And within walking distance to the Paradise Casino Busan
