This is, without a doubt, one of the best hotels I have stayed at during my trip to Korea. I cannot recommend Ramada Encore By Wyndham Busan Station highly enough. I initially had an issue with my booking through Agoda, and while the concern was not resolved through Agoda, the hotel's reservation team personally stepped in and helped fix the situation. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was arranged properly and that I could have a smooth and stress-free stay. Their professionalism and willingness to help truly made a big impression on me. The hotel itself is exceptional. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The facilities are also impressive, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel feels modern and welcoming. The location is absolutely perfect—it's directly across from Busan Station, making it extremely convenient for travelers arriving by KTX or exploring different parts of Busan. The accessibility alone is already a major advantage. Among all the hotels I stayed at during my Korea trip, this one truly stood out. From the amazing service to the unbeatable location and excellent cleanliness, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Busan.

The location of this hotel is amazing and the staff have been very friendly. However, for over $130 USD a night, this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. My room's wallpaper or paint was starting to bubble up in the corner and when I checked in, there were a couple bugs flying around (i think they were mosquitoes). My biggest complaint though is that my AC stopped working properly on the last night of my stay. It was nice and cool for the first 2 nights but on the 3rd night it refused to go below 26.5 degrees Celsius no matter what I did or set the temperature to and I couldn't open the window either. This is unacceptable from a Wyndham property

First of all, this place is very easy to find as it’s located right near the station, making it a convenient option if you plan to stay in the area. The building itself has a lot to offer. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to try the rooftop swimming pool since it was winter, nor the bar because my stay was short. There’s also a Starbucks in the same building, which is a nice bonus. Across the street from the hotel, you’ll find a small stall selling Korean street food like tteokbokki, which was very convenient. The staff were super friendly and spoke English very well, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room was great, spacious, very clean and comfortable. The only downside was that my room was close to the air-conditioning ventilation, which could be a bit noisy. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend requesting a room away from the ventilation area. Especially if you plan to open the window, the noise can be noticeable. That said, the room has good air-conditioning, so keeping the window closed shouldn’t be an issue.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Busan Station! The hotel was spotlessly clean from the lobby to our room — clearly a top priority for the staff. The location is unbeatable, just steps from Busan Station, making it incredibly easy to get around the city and beyond by KTX or subway. The service was outstanding; every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our family feel welcome. The amenities were well-maintained and more than adequate for a comfortable stay. Great value for families visiting Busan — we would absolutely stay here again!

4 star rating is for the location, with a rooftop pool and restaurant. Starbucks and Dunkin on site. The rest is 3.5 at best. Aromatherapy; auto-flush, which is a first; American Standard sink. Decent room size, ok bed and pillows. We request wine glass or any glass, was told unavailable. Their service is really not up to par.

Disappointing Service and Lack of Goodwill on Departure Day I stayed at this hotel for three nights, paying a total of €500. Since my train to Seoul was not departing until four hours I politely asked at reception if I could spend the remaining time by the pool/bar, offering to pay for it. Because I no longer had an active room booking, my request was immediately denied. Even after checking with a second receptionist, the answer remained a firm no. When I asked if I was expected to just sit in the lobby for four hours, they simply agreed and suggested I could just go somewhere else. From a hotel in this price range, I expect a minimum level of hospitality, flexibility, and customer-oriented service for paying guests. The staff's attitude was extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. I would not recommend staying here. Last but not least I remember my check in to be very unwelcoming but I oversaw this until now. Apart from a „hello“ with no facial expression there was no „welcome to our hotel“ or „welcome to Korea“ or „have a great stay“. I just was asked to pay the invoice (500 euros) and that’s it.

Convenient location. 50 meters from Busan Station. 300 meters from Busan China Town. 6 stops to Seomyeon. 2 Stops to Nampo Subway. 3rd time staying at the Hotel in 2026. Stayed 4 nights each time. The photos show Boogi, Busan's Mascot, and Hotel's mascot.

Stayed at Ramada Encore Busan Station and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The hotel location is very convenient as it is near Busan Station, making it easy to travel around the city. The only small downside is that the room size was a bit small, but everything else was great. Overall, a good stay and would recommend it!
