Fantastic location you are so close to the train station, buses and Biff square!! There aren’t many rooms per floor so it’s pretty nice and quiet. The view is nice too if you face the north side! Beautiful senders over looking the mountains The bathroom is also quite big for Asian hotels. The rooms were nice as well. The tv has a lot of selection to choose from, air con works very well.

This is a good value, centrally located hotel in Busan, with easy access to the different areas of the city. Immediately located by BIFF Square (shopping, restaurants and street food), and Jagalchi fish market. Plus 2 metro stations within 5 minutes walking distance. There is a taxi stand very nearby.|The hotel is clean, tidy and well-kept. Our room on the 13th floor was on the small side, but it was comfortable. There is very limited storage space (3 coat hangers, rather than a full wardrobe), so I would not recommend the hotel for a very long stay, but for a couple of nights it was fine.|The breakfast was varied, with western and Korean dishes. Although it was busy each time we went, but we did not have difficulty getting a table.|Overall, I would recommend this hotel to first time visitors to Busan, and those staying for a short trip.

Repeat visit. The only hotel we will visit in Busan. Conveniently located near Jalgachi, Biff square just opposite. Bathtub is of a very good size. Extremely friendly burly male receptionist with spectacle that greets us with a friendly smile everytime we walk pass. They gave us a welcome pack of nuts and a fan, nice gesture. Best part, they allow early check in when the room is available. Very nice service as always. Great!

I stayed at this hotel for just over a week, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even kindly agreed to safely store my bicycle, which I really appreciated! The hotel and my room were always exceptionally clean, with regular housekeeping keeping everything spotless. Additionally, the higher floors offer a stunning view of the city, which was so nice to admire in the evenings. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay!

Stayed here twice now. Very clean and spacious room (for Korea). The bed is surprisingly comfortable compared to other places in Korea. Great city view from room. The staff are friendly, however, English is not well understood by all. The location is perfect and is walkable everywhere: Jagalchi Fish Market is around the corner; Lotte mall is 5 mins walk, BIFF is across the street, etc. Only complaint is the breakfast. Small selections for 15,000 KW per person. The issue for me is that it's in the lobby so very ackward to eat there. Maybe they can put a partition to give it a more private feel.

Location is good just opposite BIFF and walking distance from subway. Room is very clean but room size is quite small and a bit dated. Breakfast place is quite small with limited seats available. There was a big group taking breakfast and we could not take breakfast at the hotel.

Very disappointing customer service experience I was extremely disappointed by the customer service I received during check-in at Stanford Hotel Busan. The woman handling my check-in was rude and appeared completely uninterested in providing basic hospitality. There was no smile, no greeting, and not even a simple "thank you" at the end of the interaction. I understand that hotel staff may have busy or stressful days, but basic courtesy and professionalism should still be expected, especially from someone working in the hospitality industry. Her attitude made the check-in experience unnecessarily unpleasant and left a very poor first impression of the hotel. The hotel itself may have other positive qualities, but based on this experience, the customer service was far below what I would expect from a hotel of this standard. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training and supervision to ensure guests are treated with basic respect and courtesy.

When we arrived at the Stanford Inn Busan Hotel, the front desk staff were amazing and the check-in process was very smooth. We were able to get into our room quickly, and the room was so beautiful. The hotel is conveniently located near the BIFF Square (Busan international film festival) marketplace, and everything is close by, including a shopping mall that is only about an 8-minute walk away. The free breakfast was amazing in the hotel. I also recommend using the Naver Map app when you arrive in Korea, as Google Maps can be confusing and does not work as well here. The only downside was that the room did not have a closet, only a hanger area for jackets.
