Absolutely the best hotel to stay in Byron Bay, no doubt. The hotel rooms were clean and modern. The location is unbeatable. Our 2 bedroom penthouse suite had the most amazing view. Our kids loved the hotel. No doubt it made the Byron Bay leg of our road trip the most unforgettable!

Perfect Byron Bay stay, from the text message letting us know the room was ready, to the gorgeous welcome on arrival our stay was sublime. Thoughtful decor, quality products and amazing staff. Could not have asked for more. Perfect location too, walk across the road to the beach or pub. 10/10 5 star.

The only gripe I have about Beach Suites is that their google reviews simply don't do them justice. You get every cent you pay for here, the service and staff was so friendly, beach access and location are world class, the attention to detail is just out of this world and we plan to come back asap. We weren't sure exactly how generous our balcony plunge was going to be and were honestly expecting a barrel size, but we're shocked to see it was a tropical oasis with a decent sized pool, Bbq, sun loungers, perfect for us as a couple as well as our 3 and 5 year old. The additional services like free laundry and bike hire just added a magical touch. Thank you so much for having us Beach Suites. We can't wait to come back. Honestly, cried when we had to leave.

I have stayed at Beach Suites twice before and loved everything about it. I usually travel on my own and its always great to check in there for the ultimate Byron Bay cheer up, slow down and chill out experience. On my most recent stay in November 2025, my daughter was with me too and we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite with private rooftop pool. It was simply the most fabulous holiday apartment I have ever stayed in. The weekend happened to coincide with the start of Schoolies, but we didn't hear a thing. Everything was perfect as usual, just with the extra space of 3 separate luxury ensuite bedrooms and amenities. Reception were super helpful too and they did everything they could to make our stay so memorable. I am already booked in again for my next trip. Can't wait. I highly recommend.

We stayed at Beach Suites Byron Bay for our baby moon and wedding anniversary weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. The room was stunning, spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Every little detail felt luxurious and thoughtful. The rooftop pool was a real highlight, so peaceful and private, with incredible views. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Byron, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Everything was so convenient, yet the suites still felt like a quiet oasis. We loved it so much, we’ve decided to make it a yearly ritual. Already counting down the days until we return!

Beautiful accommodation! Excellent customer service from the moment of booking, through to departure. We received a complimentary upgrade to a two bedroom penthouse, it was very spacious, gorgeous interiors, heated rooftop pool with ocean views and excellent mini bar. Fabulous location and we loved riding around Byron on the complimentary bikes. I book and stay in a lot of luxury accomodation in my business, this property was definitely a 5 star experience - loved it and will be back!

Absolutly outstanding accomodation! We stayed here for a week for our one year anniversary and couldn't be happier. They are pet friendly and really pampered our precious pooch. All local and fresh products in our room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND beach suites and we will definatly be back.
