We had the most amazing stay! The villas are pristine with huge bath tubs and lots of windows - so much fresh air but also heating and block out curtains. Super cosy for a winter getaway. The facilities are stunning with heated pools (and an adults only pool too!) The food in the restaurant was honestly fault-less. So delicious and healthy. All staff were attentive and so lovely. Otis was such a lovely guy and Cooper went out of his way to drop me off a charger when he overheard my phone was flat. Thanks guys! Epic team & amazing place ❤️

Hands down one of the very best accommodations! It feels as if you've been teleported to a luxury tropical island getaway the moment you get to the resort while still having the convenience of the local IGA and the town centre only a few minutes drive away. The thoughtful design and décor, well-equipped rooms, convenient parking, and excellent amenities—including the pool, spa, beach access, and beautifully maintained grounds—all enhance the overall experience. Getting around the resort is easy, whether you call a buggy or take a scenic walk during the day or under the beautifully lit pathways at night. Loved the Earl Grey tea from Byron Bay Tea Co. in the rooms. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. We visited as part of a group booking, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their time here.

We stayed here for a week. It’s close to the beach and there’s plenty of nice walks to be had thru the forest and wetland. The resort is tastefully designed with what appears to be prefabricated cabins scattered around that are ideal for couples. Getting the TV or air conditioner to work is a challenge, that challenged most people in our group. The onsite restaurant is excellent and the breakfast has enough variety for everybody. We will definitely be back depending upon the deal!!

Great location, very private and feels like your really on holidays. Rooms were great, great services, cleaned, new towles daily, bottled water provided every day, buggies to pool area and recreation area 24/7. Staff were wonderful, very welcoming and also very friendly. Pool area was awesome with a perfect hot spa for those cooler day. All you can eat buffer breakfast was delicious 😋 Our stay here was fabulous! Would highly recommend staying at here.

Elements is amazing luxury please to stay with your family and friends. The accommodation is very comfortable and the rooms are very big. It’s absolutely one of our favourite places to stay. They have a lovely adult pool with delicious cocktails and food. The main pool is fabulous for everyone. Definitely a MUST visit for everyone to enjoy.

Lovely grounds and access to a beautiful beach but unfortunately the staff and complete lack of service were a big let down for us. We had multiple occasions of staff ignoring us at the adult pool bar, staff on the grounds not responding when we said good morning or hello, staff with heads down, ear phones in, reluctant to serve us or seat us. I understand alot of backpacker staff don't care or maybe they're not being treated well but even aussie staff were inhospitable. We went to the restaurant for lunch and waited to be seated, as no one came over to us we went to seat ourselves but the bar man asked us to wait as someone needed to take our details. So we stood there and waited with the 2 staff behind the bar. I noticed another staff member in the restaurant who had her head down looking in a folder, I approached her, she didnt look up but I asked her if we could sit down for lunch she said she didnt know. The same bar man ran over and asked us our room number and told us to sit anywhere we liked... it was very strange to make us stand unnessessarily as I'm visibilly pregnant. The service really made you feel like you were in the way and didnt give a 5 star feel whatsoever. I also missed a cancellation at the spa because the staff member emailed me 40 minutes before the appointment instead of just calling. It comes across as though the staff just dont want to serve customers. Our experience on our first day was so bad we chose to eat and drink offsite for the next 3 days and just use the facilities at the hotel. It might also be worth noting that the walls are paper thin, we are early birds so it didnt really affect us but if you get noisey neighbours I imagine it would impact your experience.

Our stay at Elements of Byron exceeded all of our expectations! The staff are amazing and so friendly and welcoming. The facilities of the whole resort are outstanding, a special note of thanks to the team in Osprey Spa as we left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated and we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
