The service at this hotel was excellent. Every member of staff I encountered was efficient, responsive and personal - without exception. They said yes to pretty much everything including late check out at a time of my choice. Airport transfer a as seamless. The meet-and-greet and imagination support was excellent! Mohamed was exceptionally efficient and polite. I felt very much at home from the moment we touched down in Cairo. It's an older hotel so need a bit of updating but the cleanliness and quality of service more thna made up from it.

We had wonderful stay from a pleasant check in their lounge to the great room on the 20 floor which had everything you can wish for and more. On top a great view. The lounge was perfect for some privacy and perfect breakfast with great service. As well as drinks / dinner. Enjoyed the pool on the top which has even better views but in the morning is quite empty gets more crowded toward sunset. Location good with mall next to it.

The hotel itself is excellent, with a welcoming atmosphere, great service, and a very professional team. Ahmed Walaa at the reception was extremely respectful, polite, and always greeted us with a warm smile. He made a wonderful first impression and truly reflected the hospitality and professionalism of the hotel. He is definitely someone who deserves appreciation and recognition. The hotel was great. Great service and great facilities. We had breakfast included and there was a wide range of possibilities plus everything was very good. I was in the 22nd floor with great views. I used too the sky pool, I was very nice although the music was too loud. It was a bit difficult to talk due to the volume. I think that music a bit softer would be better. We also took dinner in the Peruvian restaurant. The food was amazing and the chef very concerned about the allergies. Service was also excellent however it was really noisy. In first place because of the traffic and then because of the DJ, again music too loud for a place where you go to eat and chat with friends.

😊: Beautiful room. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.. 😢: Dreadfully noisy. Every night from 11.30 til 3 am we were kept awake by the belly dancing music from ? A facility outside. I mentioned this at departure and was told we could have been moved to a room on the other side. Worth checking if you’re about to book..

We had an absolutely incredible stay at the Fairmont Nile City in Cairo for our anniversary trip. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—guest services truly went above and beyond to make our celebration extra special. We were even surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite, which made the experience that much more memorable. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality from the staff stood out at every interaction. And the breakfast? Easily one of the best we’ve ever had—an amazing spread with something for everyone. This hotel played a big part in making our anniversary trip to Cairo unforgettable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-tier experience!
