I stayed at the Holiday Inn Cairo Citystars for four nights. Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. Upon arrival, I discovered that the room type allocated to me was different from what my colleagues had received. While they were assigned rooms with larger double beds, I was informed that only a room with a smaller single bed was available. The hotel staff explained that guests can make a reservation but cannot choose a specific room type at check-in. Due to my late arrival and limited time, I accepted the arrangement. Another significant issue was the smoking policy on the floor. Guests in neighboring rooms were smoking, and the smoke frequently entered my room, making it difficult to rest and enjoy a quiet night’s sleep. This negatively affected my comfort throughout the stay. In addition, I found the customer service at the reception desk disappointing. The reception staff were not particularly welcoming or attentive, and the level of customer care did not meet the standards I would expect from an international hotel. A more friendly, professional, and guest-oriented approach would have greatly improved the overall experience. Overall, my four-night stay did not meet my expectations, particularly regarding room allocation, room service quality, customer service, and the impact of cigarette smoke from adjacent rooms. I hope the hotel management will address these issues to improve the experience of future guests.

I would like to sincerely thank the hotel staff for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism throughout my stay. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. When I mentioned the noise issue in my original room, they responded immediately and moved me to a quieter room without any hassle. Their prompt action and genuine care made a big difference to my experience. Thank you for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I look forward to staying here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable and perfectly located next to the mall, which was very convenient. What truly stood out though, was the hospitality of the entire team. Everyone working there was incredibly kind and welcoming, which, in my opinion is what truly makes any guest want to come back. A very special thank you to Mr. Mahmoud Ayoub, who provided excellent support throughout our stay. He was extremely helpful, professional and incredibly patient with all our requests, always handling everything with such a positive attitude and a warm smile. He consistently went out of his way to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we truly appreciate the hospitality throughout. Thank you for such a lovely stay

I had an exceptional stay at Holiday Inn Cairo Citystars. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. I recently had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. I would especially like to thank Peter from the reception team for his outstanding service and hospitality. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. Peter made the check-in process smooth and made me feel truly valued as a guest.
