Beautiful hotel clean rooms. Ours was on the second floor with pool access. Small pool but clean with few lounging seats surrounded by the high hotel rooms. Abdo in room service was kind & helpful. Breakfast buffet was amazing intercontinental with traditional Egyptian selection of fava beans and falafel. Live stations for eggs & pancakes. Quick service & friendly staff. Mona at the lobby was courteous about our stay and needs. The staff & bell boys at the hotel reception & front desk is overwhelming be prepared with lot of change in Egyptian pounds to give away for any simple service as the case is everywhere in Egypt.

The highlights of my stay were definitely the outstanding service and the breakfast. The gym and pool are also in great shape and worth using. However, while the rooms themselves are nice, the cleanliness was not quite up to par. I hope to see an improvement here, as everything else about the hotel was excellent."

Pros: Hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and we were shown to our room with great efficiency on arrival. The service staff were attentive and helpful: we enjoyed our evenings in the bar and balcony area where staff could not do enough, the service was exceptional. The pool was nice, the area around the room was clean and the facilities were well kept Cons The food was not exceptional, but there was variety and the service staff were very attentive There were only two working lifts and they took forever - one of the lifts did not close fully and felt very unstable. | Please factor in 10 minutes waiting for the lifts into any journey plans Starbucks has one worker, Nour who is lovely but takes forever. Please leave at least 20 minutes (if u have ordered) or an hour if you haven’t, for your coffee. Our son went missing in the market and we were very distraught. Someone brought him back to the hotel, where he called us from reception. |We asked reception staff if they can pay the driver and add it to our room so we can relay (we were still looking for him in the market and police were involved) - but they refused. Seems in a situation where a child’s life was potential at risk, they could have offered some mercy (we were not due to check out for a few days so it’s not like we would have cheated them out of £30). We had to come back and the driver was still waiting in the lobby to be paid. It was traumatic for us and our son who had this experience. And to add to that- the taxi driver wanted a tip!! The bill for my pool tab was 290 eygt. pounds. I gave 400…i was given back 10 and was told to wait for the rest of the change. I waited and the pool staff eventually gave me another 10. I mentioned i was owed 100 in change. He said it was 10 after the tip. As it was less an £5 in Uk money i let it go- but careful of being scammed !! I am sure as a woman with little kids who was counting wads of money trying to make heads and tails of it - they saw me coming 🤣

The hotel was nice overall, although I wouldn’t consider it to be at the standard of a true five-star hotel. The food was acceptable, the rooms were a little old and could use some renovation, but they were still comfortable and clean enough. The service was good, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the hotel could benefit from some updates to fully match a five-star standard.

A large, modern hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff were efficient and eager to assist. The breakfast was a very extensive spread. 10 minutes walk from the Dokki Metro station.

Our stay here was lovely. We stayed in a newly renovated room in a quiet area of the hotel. Perfect location as it’s near everything but still a little bit out of the way to be quieter! The staff was all very attentive and kind. The hotel breakfast was the best we had at any place we stayed in Egypt, including the Pyramisa in Aswan. Definitely happy we stayed here and enjoyed it very much!

My stay at Pyramisa Suites Hotel in Cairo was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, every member of the staff went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. A special thank you to Kar, the barber at the hotel, who gave my beard a perfect lineup. His attention to detail was incredible—I honestly walked out looking and feeling 10 years younger! I also want to recognize Kamal at the front desk. He was extremely welcoming, professional, and accommodating. He took the time to explain everything the hotel had to offer, including the amenities and operating hours, and gave me outstanding recommendations for Cairo’s top tourist attractions. His local knowledge made exploring the city so much easier. Another heartfelt thank you goes to Khoulod, who kept my room absolutely spotless every single day. She was always kind, friendly, and greeted me with a smile. Her dedication and warm personality made me feel right at home. The hotel itself offers everything you could ask for: comfortable accommodations, delicious buffet dining, excellent amenities, and outstanding customer service. The staff truly treats you like family and takes pride in making your stay memorable. If you’re visiting Cairo, I highly recommend staying at Pyramisa Suites Hotel. The hospitality is world-class, and the people here are what truly make this hotel a five-star experience. I can’t wait to return!

My stay at Pyramisa Suites Hotel Cairo has been truly wonderful. I have been here for two days and the experience has exceeded all expectations. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with extraordinary warmth by Mona and Radwa. Their smiles immediately made us feel at home. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. Not only did they greet us with kindness, but they also helped us in the best possible way, giving us excellent advice on how to move around the city. Their professionalism, positivity, and constant smiles made a real difference and added a very special touch to our experience. They are truly a credit to the hotel. The rest of the staff is equally fantastic. Every member of the team is extremely helpful, always available, and ready to assist with anything you might need. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and feels modern and well maintained. The rooms and common areas are spotless, which makes the stay even more comfortable and relaxing. Another highlight is the breakfast: it is abundant, varied, and offers something for every taste and need. Whether you prefer something sweet or savory, there is a wide selection and everything is fresh and well prepared. Overall, this hotel offers not only comfort and quality but also an exceptional level of hospitality.
