Super hotel. Stayed here for two nights as part of a round trip. Perfect starting point for all experiences in and around Cairo. Very nice staff and great service. The breakfast led by Fady Milad, in the beautiful ambiance of the patio, a huge high room with palm trees and fountains, is worth highlighting. The head chef personally prepares the requested egg and brings the specialties, beautifully arranged with freshly made pastries and fresh fruits, coffee was brought to |the table. Hospitality is a top priority here. The food in one of the numerous restaurants is also excellent. Highly recommended.

Good quality at the pool side is poor & pricy, guest must ensure that his room account is open or carry a lot of local currency before going down for a swim. There is a barber shop in the hotel. Do not use, I got robbed £60 sterling pounds in local currency which is day time robbery

Really enjoyed my stay at the Sonesta Hotel, Tower & Casino. The hotel is comfortable, has plenty of facilities, and was a convenient base for getting around Cairo. Everything was generally well looked after and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The reception team deserve a special mention. Miss Veronia Sameh, Tony and Shady were all genuinely lovely. They were very friendly every time I spoke to them, helped with questions and requests without any fuss, and made the whole stay feel much more welcoming. There are a few little things that could probably be improved, but overall I had a really positive experience. I’d happily stay here again when I’m back in Cairo.

I had an excellent stay at Sonesta Hotel Tower & Casino Cairo. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, the experience was exceptional. The staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and friendly. Every employee I interacted with went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Their hospitality truly made a difference. The hotel was spotless, with a very high standard of cleanliness throughout. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo. Thank you to the entire Sonesta team for making my trip so enjoyable. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

I stayed in Sonesta on Bussiness Trip. The service provided by the staffs were excellent. All of them were friendly forth coming and supportive. I would like to mention special Thanks to Rita Receptionist for helping smooth Check in, House keeping staff Thoria Anver who personally took care of me and helped in-house keeping and ensured that I am very comfortable and last but not least Chef Ahmed Mady who was very hospitable and was preparing delicious food and serving with love. Over all a very friendly environment was experienced

I had an excellent experience during the tour. I would especially like to highlight the kindness and attentiveness of our guide, Zeyad Mohamed. He was always attentive to my needs, helped me with the hotel location, and kept in constant contact with me via WhatsApp. I felt very supported and well taken care of throughout the entire trip. Thank you so much for everything!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! A huge thank you to Chef Ahmed Magdy, whose talent and passion are reflected in every single dish. The food was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and exceeded all our expectations. Every bite was a true delight. I would also like to extend my deepest appreciation to Mr. Fady Milad for his exceptional hospitality and outstanding service. He was incredibly professional, friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. His attention to every detail truly elevated our experience. The combination of Chef Ahmed Magdy’s outstanding cuisine and Mr. Fady Milad’s world-class hospitality made this visit unforgettable. Beautiful hotel with lots of good good options if looking to just stay in rather than eating out. Theirs a nice pool and the hotel rooms are beautiful and take you back in time with their style. The staff was all very welcoming and made our stay special. The gentleman Magdy was very nice and welcoming and made check out a breeze.
