Had a very pleasant one-night stay at Steigenberger El Tahrir. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing stay. A special thanks to the restaurant team for the excellent food quality, variety, and professional service. The breakfast was particularly enjoyable. The parking service was also very convenient and well organized, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great experience with attentive staff, comfortable accommodations, and an excellent location. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and, most importantly, we felt very safe throughout our stay. The staff are extremely well trained, professional, friendly, and attentive. There always seemed to be enough staff available, which made the service feel smooth and well organized. A special mention goes to the breakfast service. From the chef de service, who coordinates everything attentively while always remaining friendly and approachable, to the service staff and the chefs, everything was excellent. The whole team deserves a 10/10 — thank you very much! The breakfast selection is very extensive, the buffet is constantly replenished and always kept neat and organized. It never feels chaotic or like a rush around the food. As soon as guests leave their table, it is cleaned and reset immediately. The personalized omelettes are a great touch, and the bread selection is also very good. The only small downside is that the lobby and breakfast area can get quite noisy. Perhaps some additional sound-absorbing elements, such as more carpets, wall art, or other acoustic solutions, could help reduce the noise level. Overall, an excellent experience, especially thanks to the outstanding staff and breakfast service.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, modern and stylish. Our room appears to be newly refurbished as well. The hotel is very safe, staff are very attentive. Except for one rude customer that I had an unfortunate pleasure of witnessing her very appalling childish behaviour toward staff during breakfast service. I feel so sorry for the staff who were treated by this person in such manner. They were nothing but respectful. They handled the incident very professionally and I was impressed. The hotel is also a walking distance to the Egyptian Museum, less than 300 meters walk. The lunch menu especially the lamb shank was an absolute delight according to my husband. The breakfast menu was grand and the best. Absolutely delicious spread. The pool area is very clean and the water is at its perfect temperature. We highly recommend the Steigenberger Hotel Chain. Top notch service.

The hotel is excellent. The Breakfast spread is fantastic, Mona always came round to our table to check on us. |We booked our airport driver Mahmoud through the hotel, who waited kindly and patiently due to our delayed flight. |The lobby is beautiful and everything is cleaned inside out. Our room was modern, very clean and comfortable with a diligent daily supply of bottled water. |All the staff are smiling, ready to help and polite. It’s truly the staff that keep this hotel running smoothly and safely for the guests. |Location is great and it’s walking distance to shops snd restaurants plus a stones throw to the Museum of Antiquities. This hotel is second to none!

I stayed here in 2021 and now 2026. Their service and reception has been consistent. They made me feel welcome in Cairo. To my surprise this year, they figured out I am here on my birthday and left me a nice cake and card. Many thanks Steigenberger. You have made me feel so special.

Excellent stay at Steigenberger Hotel El Tahrir. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, the food offering is very good, and the service throughout the hotel is professional, attentive, and well organized. What stood out most was the friendliness and discipline of the team. The central location is another major advantage, with easy access to everything in Cairo. A very enjoyable experience and a hotel I would gladly recommend and return to.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The rooms are clean and cosy. Room service is very polite and attentive. There is an outdoor pool with warm water that my kids enjoyed very much. The buffet in the mornings is very good: any kind of food that you would think of, fresh fruit and juices, everything high-quality and nourishing for the rest of the day. The staff is very kind and attentive, always asking about what else they can do for you. And the location of the hotel is very convenient, right near the main square and some sightseeing places, the metro station is also nearby.
