Google· 5 months agoFantastic stay and we will definitely be back. We upgraded to Inspira and it was absolutely worth it. Our butlers, Suyin and Yatzy, were incredible and handled all of our dinner reservations and spa scheduling on day one. They even arranged a surprise bubble bath for my wife after dinner, which was a great personal touch. The swim-out pool room was my favorite part of the trip. Being right next to the main pool and music meant we could enjoy the atmosphere while still having our own private space. The Inspira rooftop pool also became our go-to spot for the views. Ana and Carlos went above and beyond—remembering us, saving our seats, and even bringing our usual drinks before we asked. Housekeeping was outstanding and paid attention to every detail, from placing mats for our toothbrushes to cleaning and neatly folding our glasses. The morning reset and evening turndown service made the stay even better. Overall, the resort clearly thinks through the details that make a vacation relaxing and memorable. Highly recommend.

Tripadvisor· 2 weeks agoMost of all, my experience with Jahir at El Suspiro was genuinely different than any other server. He was humble, extremely attentive and friendly, and all around, he was down to earth and personable. I would highly recommend specifically requesting him. He will be your friend by the time you leave! Next, the location was super easy to get to, we chose to go by car rental starting from the airport. The atmosphere was peaceful, full of humbleness and care, and the rooms were constantly cleaned and maintained. Room service was easily usable each morning or even late at night and we could even request certain assistances with the room if needed. It could have just been our neighbors, but things were extremely quiet and I believe soundproof, and since it was our honeymoon, we also got extra amenities and care (see photo). If you’re a man wondering if this is the place for your first trip as a married couple, it is well worth the money. Thank you Jahir and Atelier!

Trip.com· a year agoGreat all inclusive hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and there was so much to do during our stay. The room was amazing as well as a good selection of food/restaurants - will definitely come again.

Google· 2 weeks agoWe stayed here for our babymoon, and everything was amazing from the moment we walked in. We ended up upgrading to Inspira, and it was absolutely worth it. Our butlers, Brandon and Pingting, made the whole experience so much easier and memorable. They handled all our dinner reservations and even surprised us with a rose-petal bubble bath for my wife after dinner. All of the restaurants were amazing Kopai, Cala Di Luna, Takeshi, Mercado 19, El Suspiro, Cilento, Alba, and Los Abrazos. The food at all of the restaurants was amazing and left me wanting more. I cannot emphasize how great the service was everywhere. Everyone seemed genuinely wanting to contribute to making your stay there absolutely perfect. Housekeeping was amazing. Everything seemed perfectly set every time we made it back to our room. Atelier was truly an amazing experience and hope to return in the future. From the beautiful property and amazing food to the exceptional service, everything felt luxurious and thoughtfully done. A huge thank you to Emmanuel, our primary butler, and Hiram, our evening butler. They were both outstanding, attentive, personable, and always one step ahead of anything we needed. They truly elevated our experience and made our stay feel extra special. Atelier exceeded our expectations in every way. Easily a 5-star experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Google· a month agoOur stay at Atelier was incredible! The property is stunning, and the staff are so incredibly friendly. We were lucky enough to stay 7 nights, so we got to try every single restaurant, and it’s hard to pick one over another because they were all so good. Our butlers Yatzy and Suyin were super helpful and made our stay very memorable. Miguel at the pool was the best server for our pool days. The activities team at the pool made everything so fun during our stay too. We could not have picked a better place to honeymoon. Highly recommend!!

Google· 5 months agoWe absolutely LOVED our time at Atelier!!! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we felt valued and at home. Every single staff member was so friendly and helpful. Always with a smile and so polite. The food was extraordinary!!! We were only there for 3 nights so we couldn’t eat everywhere but the 3 dinners we did have was phenomenal! What stood out as well was the little extra details. The quality of the products in all the bathrooms. The complimentary beach bag to use during your stay. The hair straightener and the robes in the room. To say that we loved our room would be an understatement. Special shout out to our remarkable butlers, Rodolfo and Yareni. They made our stay extra special and were always ready to help or assist in any way. It was my husband’s birthday and they made it extra special. They made sure we knew what was included in our stay and made sure all our dinner reservations were made. 1000% would recommend his resort.

Google· a week agoBEYOND my expectations. You will not find a better all-inclusive resort! We went with another couple for four days, and it was absolute perfection. The food was genuinely really good (not just "good for an all-inclusive" - grab the tacos and churros by the coffee shop at night if you don't want a sit down dinner), the rooms were spacious, and the staff was incredible. My husbnad and I loved having the option between the party pool and the quiet pool, and getting a spot at the pool or beach was always stress-free. I even squeezed in a few great workout classes! As someone from NY, I was seriously impressed by the nighttime entertainment - it’s a must-see. We can’t wait to return! We met a lot of friendly people on the trip from all over as a bonus so that was nice too!
