Google· Edited 2 months agoWe had our dinner today at Maxel restaurant, the food was great , we specially liked the sea food varieties, the grouper fish was amazing and the shrimp with Mexican spices was delicious. Thanks for Ignacio our server he was amazing always has a nice smile happy to answer any question about the food and provided us with nice details on which area in Mexico that cooks with this method and style , thanks Ignacio for making our dinner very enjoyable. On the next day we had our dinner at Auma restaurant, the food was great and portion was generous, our waiter Rudy was helpful and understood our restrictions since we don't drink, he gave us honest advise for all ingredients thanks Rudy for making our dinner experience great, we definitely will come back. Our next dinner was at La Luce restaurant La Luce did not disappoint! We were first received by Montserrat, who was absolutely lovely, helpful, and had a wonderful attitude getting us seated. The food was great, especially the tomato bisque and the delicious La Luce pizza. The rest of the staff is just as amazing, but a special shoutout goes to our waiter, Guadalupe. He was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and happy to help with any questions we had. Don't miss going to La Luce for a great night at Hilton Cancun

Tripadvisor· 2 weeks agoWe spent the second half of July enjoying a wonderful 14-night stay at the Hilton All-Inclusive Resort in Cancun, and it completely exceeded our expectations. Food & Drink|The culinary experience here is top-tier. Every single dining outlet, including the reservation-only à la carte restaurants, served excellent food. Even the buffet stood out as one of the best we have ever experienced at an all-inclusive resort. The beautiful lobby features a bar on one end and a fantastic café/snack bar on the other, making it the perfect hub to mingle with international guests over expertly crafted cocktails. Location & Grounds|The resort is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport, followed by a scenic 15-minute drive down a unique, 2-mile driveway cut through the mangroves. Because of this natural setting, the rooms feature lovely, lush views, though you can upgrade to a sea view. While the beach itself wasn't the best due to seaweed, the expansive pool areas were absolutely fantastic and more than made up for it. The hotel sits about 45 minutes from downtown Cancun, but they offer a convenient, complimentary shuttle service a few times a day in both directions (just make sure to book it in advance). Amenities & Entertainment|A massive perk of this property is having access to the stunning spa next door at the Waldorf Astoria. We booked massages there, and they were absolutely fabulous, relaxing, and set in a beautiful environment. Back at the Hilton, the evening entertainment at the amphitheatre and lobby terrace was highly engaging, featuring a great Michael Jackson tribute act and a fun silent disco. For families, the kids' club is spacious and incredibly well-equipped; parents are welcome to join their children inside from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM daily. During our stay, we chartered a yacht to Isla Mujeres, swam with dolphins and attended the monthly early party at Coco Bongos with our children; all wonderful highlights! Standout Staff Members|What truly elevates this resort is its staff. We want to give a huge, special shoutout to: * Cristal Mayorga (Housekeeping): She always greeted us with a warm, friendly smile and did a pristine job keeping our room spotless every single day.|* Gadiel & Amerykah (Concierge Team): They both went completely above and beyond throughout our entire two weeks. They were incredibly helpful with booking reservations both inside and outside the resort. On their expert recommendation, we celebrated our wedding anniversary with dinner at Ilios. It did not disappoint—in fact, it was one of the best restaurants we have ever had the pleasure of dining at!|We had a truly magical holiday and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a premium Cancun getaway. Google· a week agoThe hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are beautiful, the facilities are lovely. The food is very good at each of the restaurants (although we like Sunan, the asian restaurant least). The service at the restaurants is excellent (thank you to Michelle at Maxal, Adrian and we don't recall the name of the other server but he was phenomenal at La Luce). We actually are fighting over which restaurant to go back to for our last night. The entertainment is good, but not well attended (I especially liked the Michael Jackson "This is it" show). If you're expecting a beach and the ocean, this isn't the place....but it makes up for that with everything else. Gorgeous infinity pools that feel like they're at the beach. Overall a great place to spend your next vacation.

Primarily from Pedro at the pool who kept our drinks full and provided some of the best service I have experienced at a resort. He found out it was our anniversary and on the day of our anniversary he had an exquisite and wonderful Happy Anniversary setup at the seats we had been sitting in throughout the week. He and the pool manager Josiah helped make it extremely special. We really loved our experience and the trip was as relaxing as we needed. But Pedro and Josiah really made a huge difference.

Trip.com· 3 months agoGreat experience, love the great selection of food among all the different restaurants and pop up spots (Italian restaurant and the Steakhouse were highlights) The Asian restaurant was a huge let down as our group are huge Asian foodies.The stars of the show were the staff and service team - Alex, David (Bar), and Venucias* (Steakhouse) incredible hospitality.While everything was amazing and would recommend it is 100% a family oriented hotel and not very adult focused. Some days have activities but not enough for the adults. Please provide more stuff for the adults. Even a pool table or small games would be a huge asset.Overall loved the experience and hope to come back one day. Muchas gracias!

Google· 2 weeks agoWe had such a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. What really made our experience stand out was the amazing service from our waiter, Carlos. He was friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. He made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of without ever making us feel rushed. Great food and exceptional service from Carlos—we would definitely come back!

Google· Edited a week agoBoris, Marco, Raymundo, Jesus, Abraham and Eli Bravo were awesome! They provided outstanding service and made our stay experience truly memorable. Checking and out were super easy and friendly. We had the steak and salmon, and both were cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. Ali cleaned our rook and she did with great care. She arranged our stuff nicely. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Thank you all of you for making our meal so enjoyable. We will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
