We celebrated our honeymoon at this resort and was a little underwhelmed at the celebratory service offered for our occasion. We booked the HONEYMOON suite which was beautiful however there was no offer or gesture from the resort for our honeymoon. No rose petals, signage, champagne, beach set dinner invite or anything of the sort for our moment. This was disappointing. There was no remote in the suite and took 3 calls and approx 4 hours to retrieve with the tv welcome sound track on repeat whcih was quite frustrating until we pulled the power out.We ate at the italian restaurant and it lacked authenticity. We ate poolside which was as expected and good service from the team along with drinks and the floor service staff were outstanding and full of life! The buffet was very repetitive and lacked authentic mexican cuisine especially good guacamole. This was super disappointing. Overall, a very nice hotel, you need to get buses or ubers to get to the shopping area of the hotel zone. The pool areas were great and the beachfront was spectactular. The hotel needs to deliver more on hospitality.

Our Stay at the Hilton was great. Plenty of things to do with the family without having to leave the hotel. Room service was great. Rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was great and the servers were amazing, especially Alex Diaz. His hospitality as a server was amazing. We’d definitely visit again. Johnna was also very accommodating to us at the end of our stay. She was wonderful.

We were in a beach front suite (enclave) with plunge pool. The room and the pool were great, perfect for two teens. The Buffett food is mediocre at best. For specialty restaurants, the Italian one is our favorite with the best sunset view. The portion is small though. The best surprise was to watch giant sea turtles nesting at night time. It’s truly a once in a life time experience. All staff were great.

I had a wonderful time at this resort with my two boys - pre teen and teen. The staff were all so welcoming and amazing. From check in to the coffee shop, helping with transportation and daily housekeeping, everyone was so kind. I had the opportunity to teach at the resort and Valdemar went above and beyond in the fineness center and is so supportive. The fitness center is clean, well stocked and a great place to get a workout in! Michelle was also the friendliest smile to see every day while she organized the activities for guests. The rooms have such great views. Truly a memorable time. I can’t wait to come back!

We had the pleasure of spending our honeymoon at the Hilton Mar Caribe, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the staff made us feel welcome, relaxed, and truly taken care of. The resort is beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was the perfect place to unwind. Everything exceeded our expectations and made our honeymoon even more memorable. A special shout-out to Daniel on the pool deck! He worked incredibly hard every day, keeping up with drink service and making sure guests were taken care of with a smile. Even during the busiest times, he was friendly, attentive, and made our days by the pool that much more enjoyable. His outstanding service did not go unnoticed. Thank you to everyone at Hilton Mar Caribe for making our honeymoon so special. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to come back!

Alex Díaz, who works in the buffet area, made our vacation extra special. He was our waiter on the first day, and from the very beginning he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. What impressed us most was that even on the days we weren't seated in his section, he still came over to check on us and make sure we were being well taken care of. That level of dedication and kindness truly stood out. Everyone on the staff has been wonderful, but Alex consistently went above and beyond. His outstanding customer service, positive attitude, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression on us. He is a tremendous asset to your team, and we hope he receives the recognition Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there are a couple of areas that need attention. The bathrooms in the guest rooms could really benefit from better ventilation. There was a persistent sewer-like odor that made the bathroom unpleasant at times. We also had a disappointing experience at the swim-up bar on July 11, 2026, at around 5:00 p.m. There were two employees working, who made us feel like we were an inconvenience. We had to remind them that we had spent a significant amount of money on this vacation, and we did not appreciate the facial expressions and attitude we received while simply requesting service. We hope this feedback is taken constructively, as addressing these issues would greatly improve the guest experience.

The hotel was great! I’m a Diamond with Hilton and was treated exceptionally. My husband and I were upgraded to the honeymoon suite for our 2nd anniversary celebration. It was great! We also got a couple’s massage at the spa. It was the best resort massage we’ve ever had. We also did the hydro massage amenities as well. The menthol steam room was amazing! Our massage therapists Amores and Maritza were great! They adjusted my pressure as needed and gave a wonderful facial. Vanessa was also very helpful and attentive during the check in process. We would definitely recommend it to everyone we know! Thanks for everything.

Had an amazing two week stay here at Hilton Mar Caribe! The rooms, restaurants, pools, beaches, and bars were exceptional, but it was the staff who made the stay really special! I’d like to give a big thank you to all the entertainment staff, especially Antonio, AJ, Chris, and Gonzalo for always keeping the energy up, always having fun things to do, and for all just being lovely 💖💖 Also a big thank you to Osvaldo the entertainment supervisor for his hospitality! Valdemar at the gym was a total superstar 🫶🏻 He had a range of different classes that were all amazing - from relaxing Sunset Yoga, to Aqua Fit, to the most intense Bootcamp, they were all invigorating and he was the perfect instructor! Rayes and Reina were also amazing and kept the drinks flowing, and Ramses at the bar made the best cocktails and his cocktail masterclasses were lots of fun! As you can tell, the staff here really made our time exceptional! Everyone we met was genuinely so nice and always had a smile on their faces! I highly recommend staying here for a fun, relaxing holiday 💖
