Tripadvisor· 2 weeks agoI had the pleasure of celebrating my 20 Year Anniversary Vow Renewal at Hyatt Zilara Cancun and it did not disappoint! Before even arriving to the resort the wedding planning staff Jeanette and Gina helped to ensure every detail for our special day was covered and it was all executed perfectly the day of our event! They were there to welcome us when we arrived to the resort and bid us a|farewell when it was time to leave. They truly made us feel special and showed that they cared about making our special moment a memorable one. Rosy that spa butler was awesome and attentive to my needs. My massage was amazing as well. Laura at Spices was great as well greatimg our group and finding us seats together in the restaurant. Gonzalo aka "G" was great as well. We did water Zumba with him and he definitely brought the energy! He is an asset to the entertainment team! Ivan was our server for our romantic dinner on the beach and he was amazing as well. I don't know everyone's names but every staff person we encountered was pleasant and accommodating to all of our needs. The weather was perfect and the food at this resort was amazing as well. My only disappointment is that we did not get to try all of the restaurants, but that just gives us an excuse to come back!

Tripadvisor· 2 weeks agoWe knew we were going only days after the reopening so we weren’t sure what we were going to get. Blown away by the politeness of the staff, the resort was beautiful, constantly being maintained without it being noticeable. The bed was sooooo comfortable. Cesar at Bugambilia was the best fine dining server we’ve ever experienced & Marcielleo (?) at Pier 12 was one of our favorites. Brandon the butler was top notch!!! Elisa and Martha at the spa gave the best massages. Job at World of Hyatt check in was fantastic and all the pool servers checked on us so frequently, we never had to wave one down. Thank you!!!!

Tripadvisor· 2 weeks agoJust stayed ten days at the Hyatt Zilara Cancun. We have been going since 2015 and was our first time since the renovation. Even though we miss some of the charm before renovations, it's still an amazing hotel. The staff is the main reason we go every year. Abimael and Ligia are amazing people and are a staple of the Hyatt Zilara. Janet at the pool/entertainment does an amazing job. Erasimo, Carlos, Ivan, Adrian, Orlando and the whole bar/pool wait staff provide top notch service. Onisimo at check in is always such a pleasure to see upon arrival. There are so many more workers that make the Hyatt Zilara a special place and every single employee deserves recognition. We come back because of all of them.

Google· 8 months agohyatt zilara cancun is hands down one of the best resorts i’ve ever been to. from the moment we arrived, the service was on point — every staff member was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make the trip stress-free. the rooms were spotless, spacious, and had that luxury feel without being over the top. the food and drinks were excellent, and the atmosphere across the resort made it impossible not to relax and have fun. what really stood out to me was the vibe — it wasn’t just a vacation, it felt like an experience. everything from the pools to the nightlife to the little details in hospitality made it a trip i’ll never forget. i’ve stayed at nice resorts before, but this one set a new bar. highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind, meet great people, and create memories that stick with you.

Tripadvisor· 2 weeks agoThis resort attracts a more relaxed clientele who prioritize leisure and rest over loud, high-energy party scenes. The overall quality of food, beverages, and pool facilities is excellent, and the property feels new, with rooms and common areas renovated in very clean, pristine condition. It is especially worth experiencing at this stage, while everything remains fresh and well-kept.

Google· 9 months agoI recently stayed at Hyatt Zilara Cancun, and it truly exceeded all expectations. This all-inclusive resort is absolutely amazing — from the beautifully designed rooms to the outstanding hospitality, everything was top-notch. All the on-site restaurants are excellent, each offering a unique dining experience with great food and service. A special shout-out goes to the breakfast buffet, which was simply incredible with its wide variety and freshness. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and cared for, adding a personal touch to the luxury experience. If you’re looking for the perfect blend of relaxation, great food, and world-class service in Cancun, this resort is a must!
