Location! Location!! Location!!! Great resort with breathtaking seashore views. Extremely friendly staff. Decent choices for food - although we found food options better at other resorts we have stayed earlier. Doesn't feel very luxurious but keeps you engaged . Dolphins are the added bonus, you can spend hours watching them.

We had an incredible stay at Hyatt Ziva Cancun. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations—the service, the food, the property, and the overall experience were all top-tier. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, were our butlers, Ana and Omar. They went above and beyond in every way, especially when helping us coordinate a photo shoot for our engagement. Their attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care made a huge difference and turned a special moment into something truly memorable. We are extremely grateful for their support and professionalism. This resort delivers an exceptional experience, and the staff is what sets it apart. Highly recommend.

I'll start by saying I have never stayed at an all inclusive resort before. I tend to travel more locally. But, with an 8 mo th old and a 3.5 yr old, I decided to plan a trip with a bit more control. I am so happy we did, this place was amazing. The staff were all lovely and attentive. The beach access was top notch. There are two beaches here, no sargassum, and great snorkeling right off the beach. The food far exceeding my expectations, Trade Winds (steak house) competed with some of the better steakhouse ive been to, Lorenzo's has an actual pizza oven, and Moongate's teppenyaki was so much fun. Also the chef's table experience was a personal, private, food experience that absolutely blew my mind. There were a ton of pools, including two huge hot tubs. The drinks and bar options were bountiful. Also for the kids, there were tons of games, an arcade, and even a mini water slide park at the kids club. Overall, I was sad to leave and would definitely recommend checking this place out.

Amazing location on the end to have almost a 360 degree view. The turquoise towers are a must. Private Butler, private hot tub on the balcony with ocean front views! Just wow! Also one of the best massages I have had in my life - Caesar helping get scheduled was amazing and Gabriel the masseuse for the Swedish Massage was 5 stars! Rooftop pool and bar was spacious and not over crowded. Room service came in a timely fashion, always hot and never disappointed. Highly Recommend and will be back!

★★★★★ Excellent family experience We’ve just returned from a stay at Hyatt Ziva Cancun, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The location is great, and the beach is a real highlight — beautiful, clean water and very pleasant for swimming. Our kids had a great time, with well-designed facilities and activities that truly work for families. The food deserves special mention. All the restaurants offered very good quality and variety, which is not always the case with all-inclusive resorts. A special thanks to the Executive Chef, Arturo from Argentina, who clearly sets a high culinary standard throughout the hotel. Service was consistently friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Housekeeping and cleanliness across the rooms and common areas were impeccable throughout our stay. This is a hotel that delivers exactly what it promises: comfort, great service, and a consistently excellent experience for both adults and children. We would definitely return and highly recommend it.

The location and ocean view is excellent. There are 8 restaurants and 24hr room service available with a wide variety of food can provided. The staff are nice and helpful. However, the beach is not that clean

This was our first AI experience as a family of 4 (two kids ages 1 and 7) and we truly felt like we were on vacation. Every single employee was so kind and warm and accommodating (shoutouts to Aracely at our daily breakfast table, Cesar who helped book me a spa treatment, and German for the 10/10 spa experience!!) The rooms and property as a whole were extremely clean. The spa far exceeded my expectations and my husband was able to enjoy the sauna, steam room, cold plunge experience as well and loved it. The pools and beaches were pleasant and clean, never chaotic, and the food was good. My oldest daughter really enjoyed the 8pm shows and dessert shop. We don’t typically travel to the same place twice but we intend to come back next winter for a lovely retreat in the sun. Highly recommend!

Amazing resort! We just got back from a week in paradise. So perfect for our 19 month old as they had toddler play areas in many locations in the resort plus kitchen ds club which is a private kiddo splash pad and activity center. Food and restaurants are also super high quality everything is so well planned out! Also special shout out to Eddie and Daniella who both went out of our way to make our family feel welcome everyday and checked in on us pretty much all the time! Definitely going back. A perfect resort for all ages
