Our stay was really enjoyable. We spent hours enjoying the pool and had a blast playing water polo and other activities. At night we were able to enjoy some great singing and dancing. The food was wonderful! Overall, highly recommend it for a great family vacation.

Nice resort. Something went wrong with the booking and I had to pay extra for my child. This was a problem between the resort and Trip.com, but I had to solve it. More customer helpfulness from the resort would have been expected here. Food options are decent but a lot of pork. This limits the options for non pork eaters or vegetarians.

Thought booking a 5 star hotel for my holiday would be an awesome experience instead the property had to many rules and regulations. Only ONE designated smoking area located at the front of the hotel for the whole property. Met a couple who informed me they used their tobacco vape on the beach and was threatened by staff that police would be called for using their TOBACCO vape. Bar closes at 1am 😢 no real entertainment, place feels like a retirement home and I felt like I was back in the military with all the rules. If you’re looking to enjoy your holiday this is not the place to be. I would never book here or recommend this place to anyone unless they are 60 and over. I came here to celebrate my 40th birthday and had the worse experience. Also there was a roach crawling in our room last night for this to be a 5 star was not expecting that now we have to shake our luggage out when we arrive home 😢😩 Looking to have fun book RIU or princess where there are endless parties even on the family side ***UPDATE*** our flight got canceled due to weather conditions and all flight passengers were shuttle to the HILTON when I say day and night. We arrived around 5pm and the hotel rooms were gorgeous, huge balconies with lounge beds and table and chairs. Everything was updated and modern something I expected to see from a 5 star hotel, rooms were beautifulllll and there was a neon party with plenty of entertainment for the children and adults. Hooka bars were set up outside with 4 different smoking sections on the property. Endless fun, wish I would’ve known this beforehand but now we know! I enjoyed my 1 night there more than my 5 nights at iberostar Book HILTON

Our stay at this resort was truly wonderful from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially at reception, and made us feel comfortable right away. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with refreshing drinks and genuine hospitality. The food was amazing, with a great variety and consistently high quality. The team serving in the dining areas were attentive, friendly, and always made sure we had everything we needed. We also had dinner at a few of the on-site restaurants, and each experience was absolutely delicious. What stood out most was how attentive the staff were; they regularly checked in to ask for our feedback and whether we had any concerns, which made the experience feel very personalized. There were plenty of activities at the pool during the day, and the evening shows were enjoyable and well-organized. The cleanliness throughout the resort was top-notch, and both housekeeping and room service did an excellent job maintaining our room. A special shoutout to Maria, who welcomed us upon arrival. She made a lasting impression by recommending that we upgrade to a beachfront room, which was absolutely worth it. Throughout our stay, she remained kind, caring, and attentive, always checking in to make sure everything was going well and that we had everything we needed. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for vacation.

Overall, we had a great stay at Iberostar Cancun and would definitely come back. The resort is huge, with plenty of food options, and the food was amazing throughout our stay. Check-in was a bit of a hassle, but everything was eventually sorted out. The rooms are a little outdated, and the biggest downside was the very pushy vacation club/timeshare presentation—they were persistent, which took away from the experience. That said, the entertainment was great, there was a nice variety of pools, and the splash pad and kids' area were perfect for small children. The beach was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Security throughout the resort was excellent, and we always felt safe. Overall, despite a few minor issues, we had a wonderful vacation and would definitely return.

Daniel from animation team was very helpful with knowing what is going on around the resort. Many other helpful staff too! Food is great… and many options for those with dietary restrictions. Rooms are somewhat dated depending on where you are staying, but no major issues.

The entertainment was wonderful! Jimmy and Luis were both excellent and made everything so fun every day. Aqua fit, pool games, bingo… never a dull moment! I also have several allergies, and the chef team of Daniel and Lizeth was incredible in accommodating my needs. Fernando was also accommodating in coordinating much of our stay. We are so grateful to the team!

I loveeeee this resort! All the services are amazing and all the workers are so nice. The waiters/servers at the buffet were so helpful especially David and Daniel (the chef). And the entertainment team were very friendly. My friends and I really enjoyed the zumba and volleyball. Thank you to Jimmy, Peter, Kayla, and Aiden for making our graduation trip so special🫶🏼
