I’m half way through an excellent stay at this beautiful resort. They have five restaurants on the campus, all included as part of your reservation, and tonight's meal at the Italian option, Filia, really set a high water mark for excellence in food and service. Our waiter, Jonas, ensured our glasses were never empty, and encouraged us to try all the desserts, which was a wonderful call, and such an indulgence! We gave our highest compliments to Chef Jair and can only hope the rest of our dinners are this good. Truly a special place, with incredible food. Put it on your list!

Overall, great experience at the hotel. The amenities were good, the views were beautiful, and the service was exceptional. Specifically, Mario, our room butler, was superb. He found ways to make our stay here comfortable and enjoyable. He was very attentive and always available to us for whatever we needed (and always with a smile!). The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the food quality. I found many items over cooked and not up to par in terms of quality. Apart from that, excellent experience!

We chose to eat at Union, the steak restaurant, 3 times because it was so good. Our waiter, Oscar Benitez, was AMAZING and took care of our entire family like royalty. Cristian, the chef, put out quality meals — the best we’ve ever had at an all inclusive resort. Each course was better than the last (consistently, with every time we ate at the restaurant!) and portion sizes were incredibly generous. The manager, Cesar Salines, clearly cares and runs a tight ship because the entire dining experience was absolutely fabulous.

The resort was nice and had plenty of activities for kids. The downside is that there was no kids' menu for the in-room dining. At least in our side of the resort. Food was hit or miss. Drinks were good. The first night we waited about 30 minutes even though we had a reservation. The restaurant by the corridor going to the coffee house was so overwhelmed. Food was good, but not the best experience for the night. The coffee shop had amazing pan dulce, but in my opinion, it is a very small space for the magnitude of the resort. The Italian restaurant was the best. We paid extra for the pasta wheel meal. Steak house lacked flavor and meat was tough. Service was good. The food at the all-adults restaurant was also good. I think it was Twiggy. During the morning buffet, the music was so loud it definitely did not fit the vibe for a nice family breakfast. I felt like I was at STK with my kids during breakfast. I would recommend adjusting the ambiance for the am. The hotel did a wonderful job for the celebrations of July 4th. Also for displaying the Mexico World Cup game. Large screen in the main area of the hotel and seating.

I had an amazing stay at the SLS Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is outstanding, and the service was exceptional. I would especially like to recognize Raúl Espíndola, the butler, for providing truly outstanding customer service. He was professional, attentive, kind, and always made sure every detail of my stay was perfect. His dedication and genuine hospitality made my experience even more memorable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a first-class experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional service from Horacio at Fi'lia We had a wonderful dinner at Fi'lia, and Horacio made the experience truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. He offered great recommendations, checked on us throughout the meal without ever being intrusive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The food was outstanding, and Horacio’s service elevated the entire evening. His attention to detail, friendly personality, and knowledge of the menu created one of the best dining experiences we’ve had at SLS Playa Mujeres. Thank you, Horacio, for making our night so special—we will definitely be back and hope to see you again!

Went for our 30th anniversary and this is some of the best staff we’ve ever had at an all-inclusive. Everyone friendly and helpful and made our experience fabulous. Food was amazing; multiple diff restaurants and housekeeping was perfect. Special shout-out to Miguel who made our dinner so memorable with sparkler dessert. And our butler Victor did everything to make sure we had a great time. Will def return

Hands down one of the best meals we had during our stay at SLS Playa Mujeres was at Caracol. The food was absolutely incredible. Every dish was full of authentic Mexican flavors, and we got to try traditional dishes that you don’t typically find at most Mexican restaurants or all-inclusive resorts. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and was beautifully presented. The service was just as impressive. Our server, Juan Carlos, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable about every item on the menu, gave excellent recommendations, had a great sense of humor, and was incredibly attentive throughout the entire meal. He truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience special. If you’re staying at SLS Playa Mujeres, do yourself a favor and make a reservation here. Between the amazing authentic food and Juan Carlos’s exceptional service, this restaurant is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re here!
