We had an amazing stay at The Capital Mirage. Everything was so great. From the check in with Shaun at almost 1am who has been so welcoming, professional and funny. Perfect start after a delayed and long flight. The room was spacious and clean with everything you need. The breakfast is up the scale, with a complete buffet and even a “à la carte” choices. Coffees are excellent. The staff there is just perfect! Manager, waiters and barista are all service oriented and we had excellent times each morning with a spectacular view. Just pa perfect start of the day. Front office staff and Jennefer especially are great. So professional and helpful, also smiley, it was always a pleasure to see them. They are doing their best to make your stay comfortable. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come again during another stay!

Mitch and her team were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and ensured your stay was as good as any anywhere. 5 star hotels would struggle to meet the teams dedicated service to the customers. We cannot wait to visit again, and know exactly where to stay. We cannot put into words how brilliant Mitch and her staff were. Out of this world 💥💥

I had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The service was excellent from start to finish including during late check-out discussions, with every member of staff being warm, welcoming, and attentive. The service in both of the hotel's restaurants was equally impressive. The in-room washer and dryer were incredibly useful during my work stay and made a real difference. The hotel's central location was perfect for getting around, breakfast was delicious and the view from the rooftop dining area is second to none. Rooms were exceptionally soundproof and air conditioned, making for a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, a great stay with outstanding service, thoughtful amenities, and an excellent location.

This is the go-to place in Cape Town if you are staying for a few days. Rooms have washer/dryer within which means you don't need to subject yourself to unnecessary danger by going out to look for a laundromat. The rooms are also very big and spacious, and the breakfast on the top floor has a nice spread of food - and you can enjoy the fabulous sunrise while eating. It is very obvious that the staff are well-trained in problem-solving skills; on my first night the washer in my room was not working and without hesitation, the staff offered to let me use the unoccupied next door's washer while the one in my room was promptly repaired the next day. I would also like to give special thanks to Mitch and her fabulous front desk team of Siphokazi, Jennifer, Noba and Sakhumzi. I was the unfortunate victim of a robbery while in Cape Town and they went above and beyond to help me after the incident, by making sure that I was able to reach out to my family back home, assisting with contacting the police and ensuring that I was given the necessary support needed and even accompanying me to the phone shop to obtain my replacement phone. I am so grateful that the Capital Mirage has such a wonderful team of people that will not hesitate to assist their guests in any way possible, and I definitely look forward to my next stay with them.

My wife and I have not been away from our kids in 11 years. We decided to finally spend 1 night away from the kids to celebrate her birthday. The Capital Mirage made sure that it was special going above and beyond for us. Jennefer in particular was such a delight. She was so excited for us and so accommodating and she even organized something special for my wife during breakfast, which was also very tasty to go with the amazing views. We genuinely had an amazing time.

Lovely experience after Cape Town Marathon. Walking distance to V&A Walterfront and Sea Point (a beautiful beach to run, walk and sunset viewing). There’s a very nice restaurant in the lobby called Cattle Baron with great food. Parking, gym and fast wifi. Friendly staff, ready to help. Special thanks to Mitch who helped us book a Game Drive at Aquila and recommended the Cheetah Outreach (including a meeting with a cheetah). Microwave, washing machine, dryer plus coffee and hot water machines made the stay complete.
