My room was very comfortable and pleasant but the staff at this hotel absolutely made my entire trip to Cape Town: not only were they super attentive to details (they had seen I was celebrating a birthday and they included some nice wine in the room) but they were kind and generous in their time with me if I needed to ask questions or ask them to book transport for me when my Uber app failed to work. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time. I would highly, highly recommend staying here. Lovely people.

Fabulous little hotel, well situated for V&A Waterfront and eating out. We were greeted by Chanelle on our arrival, who gave us a little guided tour and history of the accommodation, and made sure we were comfortable and refreshed while we waited a short time for our room (we were early. All of the staff were friendly and cheerful, the breakfast options were great, and the complimentary cake of the day was a fabulous bonus!! With a turn down service and a postcard to send home all included, we loved this place

Loved our stay at Zest Hotel. From check in to check out, we felt welcomed and comfortable. My favorite stay of our entire 2 week trip to South Africa. Our room was complimentary upgraded, breakfast was delicious, free cake at 3pm, staff was amazingly nice, and bed was comfortable. And we received a parting gift bracelet when we checked out. So sweet! The street is quiet and easy to find, right off of Main Street. Close to a Woolworth (grocery store) and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Clean and modern hotel with a good design. Helpful staff. Good breakfast with a choise of eggs, variety of meat, cheese, fruits.

Wonderful hotel in Cape Town. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and all day tea, coffee, hot bev in the lobby. Amazing homemade cake each afternoon into evening. Immaculate rooms and facility. I travel over 100 nights per year and wish all my hotels were like the Zest Boutique Hotel. I’m just sad I didn’t have a chance to try one of their hand crafted drinks from their showcase gin bar. Next time!

When you think of a boutique hotel, you imagine somewhere small, cozy, beautifully designed, and with exceptional service. This hotel is exactly that, and more. What impressed me most was the incredibly personal approach and attention to detail from the entire team. Everyone was so friendly, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Chanel was absolutely wonderful, as was the whole team. It’s those little personal touches that make a stay truly special. A beautiful hotel with beautiful people. Highly recommended! ✨

Very nice hotel in a great location close to the v&a waterfront and the hotspot sumerset road in Cape Town. The rooms are very nice and stylish. The hotel has a cool 70s touch with a modern style. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good - bedding is super comfortable. Rooms are spacious absolutely to recommend.

Had a great day. Staff we also very welcoming. A big shout out to Curley on reception at night who was exceptionally helpful and very friendly. He needs a promotion. The breakfast was also very good with a great selection. Each day there was a cake of the day which was complimentary.
