Tripadvisor· 3 months agoStayed here for three nights and my only issue is that it has set standards so high for all other places I stay!! The entrance is a secure door where you get buzzed in, so very safe, the room we had (number one) was on the ground floor, it was clean, spacious and well decorated with lovely little touches! The common spaces were an absolute delight with care love and attention! Two pools, great shaded areas and all well maintained! I mean who can complain about complimentary cookies and sweets in the garden!? The staff were so attentive, JP at the bar, the manager and the chef (with home cooked touches every morning for breakfast!)!! The location was perfect for us, seconds away from the main square, park and five minutes walk to bars and restaurants all around the city. It is in the centre and is noisy at night; but we were amazed in our room how little noise we heard!! I adored this hotel, it’s a perfect mixture of top staff, great location, safe and clean, great for instagram shots (if you like that sort of thing) but also feels like you are at home!

Google· 4 months agoPerfect oasis and location with best hotel rooftop in Cartagena. Casa Diluca exceeded my expectations in every way! It is the perfect location and a short walk from everything, but a calm and quiet oasis. The rooms, courtyard, and common areas were spotless. The rooftop was better than any of the "hip" places with high, perfect views of the sunset and cute pool. Every morning the breakfast buffet is extensive, quiet, and personal. The owner was having her birthday party when I arrived, and I was asked to join and treated like family during my stay. This place truly embodies the warmth and hospitality of Colombia! It would be a perfect place for couples, solo travelers not interested in the party scene (I am 43 and traveling alone), or a family.

Google· 9 months agoWe purchased a day pass at this beautiful boutique hotel and had an amazing experience. We ended up being completely alone, which meant we had the rooftop pool all to ourselves. Lunch was included and absolutely delicious. The spaces are gorgeous, and everything felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend for a perfect day experience!

Tripadvisor· 6 months agoThe hotel is right in the middle of old town and a great location for tourists. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff accommodating. Our room and bath were a nice size. The bed was comfortable, cozy, and provided a great sleep. Breakfast was served daily and offered a nice variety for the small number of guests. The hotel has 2 pools and a small gym area. The decor is simple but elegant.

It feels more like staying in a beautiful private home than a hotel, with personalized service, an outstanding staff, elegant and soothing décor, and incredible attention to every detail. The breakfast is, by far, the best I have had in Cartagena. What makes the experience truly exceptional are Alfredo, the chef, and Inés, the General Manager, whose warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality make every stay unforgettable. They are the reason Casa Diluca is such a special place and why I look forward to returning.

Trip.com· a year agoSo cozy and lovely place🥰. Added one more night to my reservation because loved the harmony and peace that I felt on that hotel. The breakfast was amazing 200/10 🤩. Great variety of fruits,healthy and local food. Thank you so much to Andrey so polite and charming guy who helped me in everything; as well as Jorge who is so professional doing his work, Alfredo and kitchen girls, thank you for so delicious food. The rooftop is a dream but unfortunately don’t have (stable) bartenders to enjoy drinks.Sadly to say the general manager was unprofessional and unkind, must to improve his professional relation to drive a good management of a hotel of this category. I would love to go back in my next trip to Cartagena 🤍🇨🇴 . Recommendations: if don’t tolerate noise, don’t book the rooms next to the street.

Tripadvisor· 5 months agoThe hotel is beautiful, airy and peaceful. A haven from the busy streets just outside. Excellent location with a view of the Cathedral. Staff are lovely, Andreyas, Jean-Pierre, Carolina, Alfredo who prepares a delicious breakfast - thank you! Rooftop pool is perfect after a few hours exploring the old city.

Google· 6 months agoWe spend 2 nights here last week. The rooms were simple but clean. The hotel itself has nice decorations and set up. It’s very Instagram friendly, I guess. The include breakfast was very good. It’s good value for money especially given the prime location. The staff were great. Andres, Cesar, Alfredo and Carolina were very professional and friendly. We moved to a nicer hotel for the next 3 nights ( the original plan anyway)but did enjoy our time at Casa Diluca.
