Very good location, super central to the entire city and walkable to everywhere. Staff is super nice and makes you bed everyday/changes the sheets presumably. Has a breakfast inclusion option depending on how you book and overall very good for the week that we spent here. Would definitely book here again. It’s also nice with the safety as they only let people in with a buzzer!

Had an amazing stay at Casa Movida Hostel! 🌟The front of house staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to provide helpful advice on places to visit, great food spots, and getting around the area. It really made exploring so much easier.We stayed in the 6-bed dorm, which was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Each bed had convenient charging sockets nearby, and the individual lockers were a great touch for keeping belongings secure.Overall, a fantastic experience — highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-run hostel with a great vibe!

Fantastic stay. We stayed in a private room (lesbian couple) that was clean and comfy and the beds were made each day.|The hosts were really helpful and friendly. Caroline, Juan, Adriana and the whole team made us feel really welcome and looked after us well. Really good location.

Service was OK. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Smelled like piss in the shower didn’t drain at all. Cool also smelled really bad. Overall hostile was pretty dirty. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Service was friendly but not really helpful if you had any questions. The dorm was actually really big so everybody had enough space, also the mattress was super comfy. But it was a bit smelly in the room as it was too moist. The bathroom was fine but I felt it wasn’t really cleaned over the time of my stay. Also not a pretty social place.

Calling this place a hotel is a joke. Every single night they blast extremely loud music like it’s a nightclub, completely ignoring the fact that people are actually trying to sleep here. Right now it’s 12:30 AM and the music is still blasting at full volume. I even recorded it — you can clearly hear what they are doing. This is not normal background music. This is club-level noise shaking the rooms in the middle of the night. It’s obvious they care far more about the customers of their extra paid bar/pizzeria than about the guests who already paid to stay in the hotel. If you’re staying here and hoping to sleep, you simply don’t matter to them. A hotel that deliberately destroys its guests’ sleep every night is not a hotel — it’s a badly run bar with rooms attached. This kind of treatment of paying guests will eventually become the nail in their coffin, because this is absolutely NOT how you treat your own customers. Avoid this place unless you want to spend your nights listening to a nightclub instead of sleeping.

I loved the place! The rooms were really comfortable, the bathrooms were very clean, and they’re inside the room. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Juan Daniel.

ONE OF THE BEST! I had to leave a hostel for 1 night as it was full and chose Mavida. So pleased I did because the room was fabulous huge and clean with these very large pods that had curtain light and power. Very private which is just what you want when traveling. The location was also great very close to the clock tower and restaurants and bars but also very quiet in the hostel. There is a pizza restaurant on the ground floor and very nice rooftop bar which was always bus. I have to mention that all the staff were very friendly happy and helpful especially Juan who helped me with all my needs and questions. If only all hostels could be like this!! I will be back.
