This hotel is amazing, rooms are impeccable, staff very cordial, food is great but what we found extraordinary was the bar and the service from Bladimiro and Neider, they made us feel like family, they went above and beyond on the service. Definitely a hotel we will stay again. Highly recommend.

The Hilton Cartagena exceeded our expectations. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. What made our stay especially memorable was the incredible staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. The combination of outstanding hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and a pristine environment made for a fantastic experience. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Cartagena.

Admittedly, I have a high standard for Hilton properties - especially as a Diamond member. This property falls short of all those standards. It has poor service, cleanliness, and food and beverage quality. It is a 2 star hotel charging 4 star prices. Avoid it.

The Hilton Hotel is very good and definitely worth the price. If you book a rate that includes breakfast, you’ll enjoy a wide variety of options each morning. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortable. We stayed in the Executive Suite, which felt luxurious and exceeded our expectations. I would also like to recognize Mr. Johnny, who was extremely helpful every time we visited the lobby. His excellent customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. During our stay, there was a large convention at the hotel, but it never affected our experience. We were not disturbed by any of the attendees and only occasionally saw them heading to the second floor. The Hilton offers many amenities that are not always mentioned at check-in, so be sure to ask. We received complimentary water, soft drinks, and other beverages, which helped us save money during our stay. The only downside is that the rooms are not very soundproof. Noise from the hallway can be heard inside the room. Also, housekeeping is provided only upon request, so if you would like your room cleaned during your stay, you must ask for room service. Overall, I highly recommend the Hilton. The service, amenities, cleanliness, and comfort make it well worth the money.

Subject: Serious Health and Safety Issue: Bedbug Infestation and Poor Management Response. My recent six-day stay in a suite at your property this past weekend. Before detailing my grievance, I want to commend your front-line staff. From the bellmen to the cleaning crew, the service personnel are fantastic. They do a wonderful job taking care of everything visible to the eye. For anyone reading this, please tip these hard-working individuals generously. Unfortunately, my experience was severely compromised by a critical health and safety issue: a bedbug infestation. I take vacations primarily to rest, but my sleep was entirely disrupted. After our first night, I woke up with visible bug bites on my hands and arms. I immediately informed the receptionist, who sent a supervisor to inspect the room. The staff changed the bedding and told us they would look into the matter further. We vacated the room for the day to allow them to handle it. Shockingly, the next morning brought the exact same results: more bites. The most unacceptable part of this experience was how management handled the situation. When I went downstairs to complain a second time, I was directed to a supervisor. Instead of moving us to a new room or immediately calling pest control, he offered me a mere 7,000 loyalty points. He explained that hotel policy required them to conduct an internal "study" and hire a third party to evaluate the room later. This response lacks any sense of urgency. Leaving a guest in an infested room without an immediate room change or immediate professional intervention is entirely unacceptable for a Hilton property. I declined the points. We paid a premium price for a relaxing suite, but instead, our vacation was ruined. I am attaching photographic evidence of the bedbugs as well as the bites on my hands, arms, and shoulders. I will also be sharing this experience on public review platforms so other travelers know what to expect

Not a 5 start property Very old and not clean even in public area.For Cartagena better to use Airbnb in the wall city Don’t make the mistake like us.But thanks to Maria who helped us of refund proces

Rooms are very clean and service is excellent, they clean the rooms daily and service at the pools are great, the only thing is a bit pricey there compared to another places is the restaurant with buffet style service, see attached pictures of it. Besides that the games room is good for kids and even adults to relax, the gym is good too, and you have direct access to the beach. We enjoyed the staying here.

I got a one day pass through resort pass and had an amazing stay. I especially appreciated Jhonny, for helping with a LOT of bags because my friends and I were moving airbnbs. He was so friendly and attentive. Thank you!
