The location is in the city center, which is very convenient as it is close to shops and restaurants. We also appreciated that they kept our luggage after check-out. The room was quite small and in need of some renovation. The internet was not working during our stay, and although we asked for assistance, the staff initially insisted there was no issue. It was only the next day that they realized the problem, at least in the area where our room was located. Also, the water pressure in the shower was quite low.

This is in a prime location. Directly across from Casa Bolivar and on one of the most historic streets in the Old City. Constant action around this area. The rooms are nothing to write home about. I had a suite with a balcony, but the couch had stains on it. No hot water in the shower. Coffee maker but no coffee.

We (my wife, daughter and I) stayed for one week in Casa Agustina in two rooms. It is a small hotel in an excellent location in the old walled town of Cartagena). We were treated very well. The staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient. The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. The only negative was that the bathroom was rather small. I don’t know if this is the case with all rooms - the hotel is a character hotel in an older building. Overall I am more than happy to recommend Casa Agustina.

Bathroom is smaller than an airplane's bathroom. If you're large forget it.bRooms are also tiny. If you have a balcony - great. 17 steps from the sidewalk to the reception. Very close to everything. No breakfast.

Perfect location to experience the culture, food, and history. The hotel is colonial in architecture and very well maintained and felt quite secure. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Rooms were clean and the balcony was perfect for relaxing. There was a significant amount of noise well into the early morning.

My two star review isn’t for the staff. Staff was nice and accommodating. They did the best they could to accommodate us. Room: stayed in one of the largest room (201B) with balcony (street view) 2Bd 2Ba. I thought the kitchenette would have more things to assist in cooking. Like there was not a sharp knife to cut fruit. When asked for a sharper knife besides the butter knife that was in the room, I was given a larger knife but it was still dull…lol I stayed during rainy season and one of the nights it rained really hard and I was awaken by rain drops coming from the ceiling onto my face! Restroom is really small. If your petite it will work for you but if your over 5’6 feet tall…good luck. Breakfast: breakfast is a joke! The night before We were told breakfast will be delivered to our room. It never happened. They had us waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes and never told us that we had to go downstairs to the pizza place to get our breakfast. We almost missed our tour guide for the day. They used the Rain for the reason why breakfast wasn’t delivered. I would say do yourself a favor and walk down to the LaBrioche or Buena Vida to grab something to eat. Honestly, I feel like they just shouldn’t include breakfast at all. It’s not convenient. If I have to walk downstairs I might as well get food from a place that taste better

Great location, in the heart of the walled city. Near top restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Bed was comfortable and pillows top notch. Crisp cotton sheets and full size canon towels. Air conditioning is on point and gets to temperature quickly, very important in this hot climate. Staff is helpful and friendly

Great location, value for money, great receptionist, super friendly and helpful. |The room is clean, bed and pillow are comfortable.|But, depending on what do you prefer? As the location is in the city, be prepared the street is busy and noisy even during the midnight.Suggest to bring ear plugs along.
