This is a lovely, colonial style hotel in a great location. The superior room with balcony was very nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Good shower with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Everyone was super nice and helpful with anything we needed. Dina at breakfast was especially lovely and fun. The pool was small but not crowded and was great to cool off in the middle of the day.

Boutique hotel which appears to be a converted colonial mansion. Property was just what we were looking for to experience historic Cartagena. The place was very clean and well maintained. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Nice little rooftop bar and small wading pool for a sunset drink. Cooked to order breakfast too.

The Hotel Casa La Fe is located in the Old Town in the perfect spot to enjoy Cartagena: Street live, excellent restaurants, historical monuments and the walk to Getsami. But do you want to be outside this wonderful place? You are offered a great variety of excellent breakfasts, enjoy a drink on the roof with pool or relax in your room with upper value atmosphere. The service team is yery friendly and always helps you. We had a wonderful time.

A wonderful and cozy place located in the center of Cartagena, within walking distance of all the main attractions, as well as the iconic Getsemani neighborhood. Our room was spacious, extremely clean, and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and we could choose between several options. The real reason this place is so special is the staff! The hotel manager - Denis is a classy professional! With attitude and attention to each person, he responded to our needs and questions and gave us invaluable advice! Thanks to him, we felt like real Carthaginians! Denis' team is also magnificent! Dina, who served us breakfast, was always radiant! Edison took care of our comfort and helped us when needed. The entire staff of the Casa La Fe Hotel was fantastic! Thank you for everything! See you soon!

Great location, very close ( walking distance ) to pretty much all the best Cartagena spots to see during day and night. Felt safe walking late night to the hotel. The entire staff were excellent! Since day 1 they had as priority for us to have the best experience here in Colombia. They gave us suggestions of where to eat and go during the day, they help us with taxis/ uber, they take care of our bags even when we arrived well before our check in time. Breakfast was amazing and very diverse. They had American style breakfast such as pancakes with fruits and club sandwiches but also typical Colombia plates. In our room we were 3 people and we had 3 beds. One queen size bed in the first level of the room and two twin beds in the second floor of the room which was perfect because it was like we had two rooms for the price of one since there was so much privacy between both levels. Highly recommend!

The stay here was an absolute delight. The hotel is located at the heart of the walled city, yet in a very quiet area. The interior is well preserved to maintain the authentic colonial design, thereby creating a very special atmosphere. The stuff was super friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great value for money.

I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times before and it has always been a good experience. This time i brought all my family, 10 rooms, and the service, flexibility, kindness and availability was impressive. It always feels like home away from home. Great breakfast, nice rooms and friendly staff.

This hotel was lovely. The breakfast was in the prettiest courtyard - there as always someone there to help you without even asking. I liked the shady park across the street from the balcony room. We had the family room with a high ceiling a loft with two twin beds. the double doors to the street made it nice and quiet. William was the helpful front desk clerk.
