Mold, mites and stained linens; this was my room. Bathrooms are pretty, but very dark. The Lobby is beautiful. The pool is minuscule. Breakfast was lackluster. Dinner was good. The staff i believe really wants you to be happy. They try their best to accommodate. I became sick due to the allergens in my room (mold and visible mites), when I requested a room change I was told there was nowhere to put me because all the rooms had the same problem. There was water damage on my ceiling. I cut this reservation two days short because I couldn’t take it anymore, i couldn’t breathe. I kept the air conditioning cold because if not, the mold smell was very strong. They were kind enough to bring me extra blanket and linens when i complained. This hotel has a lot of potential but it needs some work.

From the moment I stepped into Voilá Hotel Centro Histórico, I felt genuinely welcomed and valued. The entire staff from the front desk to the breakfast team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. By the second day, they already knew exactly how I liked my breakfast prepared, a personal touch that made all the difference. The room was always impeccably clean, attended to precisely when I needed it. And the chef’s cooking? Absolutely outstanding. Every detail of my stay was thoughtfully handled, making me feel special throughout. I cannot recommend Voilá Hotel highly enough 200% worth it! If you’re looking for a place that combines warmth, attention to detail, and exceptional service, this is it.

Our stay here was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, every detail made us feel welcomed and cared for. The staff went above and beyond with warmth and professionalism, making the entire experience feel effortless and truly special. The food was incredible—every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. Housekeeping kept everything immaculate, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel did not go unnoticed. The location is ideal for exploring the beauty of Cartagena, while still feeling safe and peaceful. Whether we were relaxing at the hotel or stepping out to enjoy the city, we always felt comfortable and well taken care of. We also want to give a special thank you to Luz, who truly made our stay unforgettable. From the very beginning she treated us with such genuine kindness and warmth that we felt less like guests and more like family. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and beautiful energy made every interaction a joy. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and well taken care of, and it meant so much to us. Luz is a true gem and a perfect example of the exceptional hospitality this hotel offers. This hotel made our trip unforgettable, and I cannot recommend it enough. Love,|Love, love the hotel and staff. Excellent location. If you want action, this is the place to stay. Also, choose a room with a balcony. It was nice to step outside at different points of the time to see the action.

I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! The service was truly exceptional, the staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and consistently on top of everything. My room was spotless and felt so fresh every day. I especially loved the rooftop area and the great music vibe. It created a perfect atmosphere and I enjoy the view. Plus, the location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to nearby stores, which made exploring super convenient. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this place more. I’ll definitely be coming back!

First, I don't know how why this hotel has 4 stars Beware,do not book this hotel. The room is awful.The tv stand was basically falling apart.They never changed our towels.The lady who responds fo assistance is a bit rude.The bathroom is so small.The elevator ended up being broken.For,the money I paid for this room ,I expected better.To add an additional guest, I had to pay extra.Do not book.
