I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The water pressure and heater worked very well, adding to the overall comfort. Breakfast was decent with enough options to start the day. There are also several eateries nearby, making it easy to find good food. Overall, a satisfying experience and worth considering for future stays.

Stayed at Cebu R Hotel for 3D2N and had a great experience. Early check-in was possible, and we even received a free room upgrade. The staff were very hospitable, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. They also assigned us adjacent rooms, which was very convenient. Free water dispenser is available, and the hotel is located near the main road, making it easy to get around. Booked via Agoda and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

The room was disappointing. The air conditioner was extremely noisy, and I had to turn it off to be able to sleep. The TV wasn't working, and the worst part was finding small flies on the bed. On top of that, the mattress was sagging and uncomfortable. At the very least, I expect a clean and comfortable bed when staying at a hotel.

The hotel was excellent, with very friendly, helpful staff. It was clean, comfortable and well located. We enjoyed a complimentary breakfast each day which offered a range of foods. A water cooler was located outside rooms for refilling bottles as needed.

highly do not recommend this hotel. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights, 26 and 27, but we decided to just leave early because the room and the service was awful. 1. Bad room Upon checking in, we noted that the bidet in the room was broken. It wouldnt turn off and kept flooding the bathroom. The female day time staff were prompt on sending out maintenance staff to fix it. 2. Blaming. At 5AM we noted that the toilet wasnt flushing. I called the the front desk and a male staff answered. (Im translating this from bisaya) Me: the toilet isnt flushing. Staff: so you clogged it. Me: what? No. I meant it is not flushing. Theres no water. Staff: so its not clogged? Me: no, i said it just wont flush. Also the bidet is leaking again, may we request for a bathroom mat for the wet floor. Staff: okay. Will be up maam/sir. Why insist on the clogging like we did something wrong. 3. Same male staff who answered the front desk came up and I kid you not, kept trying to flush the toilet and ofc nothing happens because there is no water! After like 5minutes of that guy just messing with the flusher, my mom says " there is no water. we woke up and it was like that. we have an event at 7 at nustar pa sir" staff: mao gud na.( thats how it is) My mom is like " what do you mean?" Staff: its early in the morning. The water cant come up to the 3rd floor. Mao gud na." Mom: so we cant flush at all? Staff: mao gud na. Then he just leaves! Offering NO SOLUTION. mao gud na? Not even calling maintenance or offering a bucket and tabo. What bad and stupid service. 4. Continued incompetence and bad service. We called the guy back before he goes back down, and we followed up on the floor mat because the leaking bidet was still getting the bathroom floor really wet. Staff: floor mat? We ran out. Then he leaves! NO solution again. NOT EVEN A MOP. TLDR. its bad

The place was decent for the price. However, I hope they can clean the bottom cover of the bed, as it seemed dusty and dirty. The food was good. Also, they did not provide a toothbrush and toothpaste, even though it was stated in my booking confirmation. That said, I would still come back, as it is better than other hotels in the same price range.

This 31-room hotel has only three hair dryers. Guests can borrow them without providing their room number, and there is no requirement to return them, so apparently only three rooms can dry their hair all night. If other guests ask to borrow one, all they get is, “We’ll give it to you tomorrow.” What a joke. The soundproofing is also terrible. The heavy bass music coming from somewhere outside was even clearer than sound leaking from a concert venue. Agoda reviews also claimed that breakfast could be provided early for guests catching an early flight, but that was completely untrue—there was no such arrangement at all. Overall, this is definitely not a hotel I would ever return to.

I was amazed with our stay because they upgraded out room from standard to deluxe free of charge. You got almost all what you needed for your entire stay. Will definitely go back here. Thank you R hotel!
