I will not book this hotel again. Location is good, near everything. You can just walk to it park, crossroad and a short ride to ayala center. However, the path from the main street is not good. Its a mixed of concreate and rocks and smtimes mud. Staff were nice fast to act with requests. The room is not so great. While it has a window, it is facing a very high concrete wall with only 10% light so even if u open the windows it was very dark. I like the bed. Its big, firm and soft at the same time. If u have a lot of gadgets u will love it since there are outlets in very corner. The AC is very cold but it has molds in it. For a hotel that size its weird that it doesnt have a mini ref. The cr is ok. Strong water pressure but, the toilet, while it has a bidet, its one of this attached on the seat where there is a dial. For the LGBT ppl, u may want to avoid this place because after 10pm, u cant have ppl over or u will be charged for their stay. So u camt have any booking after because they may be blocked by the guard. Also, the biday is not lgbt friendly. If u know, u know. I nevery get to use the pool because its a lap pool and the gym has a fee.

Quite old property and surely needs renovation. Approach to the hotel is quite shabby with broken road and very dark at night. Gym is paid and Swimming Pool is more for children training purpose. No Tea Kettle in room and surprisingly my room category doesn't had Refrigerator. I had to pay 200 Paiso daily to rent a refrigerator. Had to deposit 500 Paiso security which is refundable. There is no 7 Eleven nearby to the property and only eating joints are next to Gas Station which are expensive.

really frirndly staff and security guard. rooms are clean and tidy. air con works great and not as noisy as other places i stayed in cebu. I missed my room clean for the day as was asleep but at 7pm they kindly made up my room and provided new towels. The gym is just 180 pesos for guests and is massive, has rock climbing snd a boxing ring in there and loads of machines and weights. there is a cafe on site amd lots of other shops and restaurants nearby in a safe area. Tge swimming pool was getting plenty of sun and is a good size. amd the price on trip app was amazing value. would definitely stay again

the trip was a disappointment. The hotel is was not really attractive, especially the entrance, which shouldve had security or staff present. Isn't this supposed to be a safe place for customers? The front desk staff were not accommodating at all ha, their approach was very arrogant and judgemental. The only person who truly welcomed us was the bellboy. i felt like we were only treated well if we "looked magara." The experience was honestly so bad. I will give them credit for the rooms and pool area since they were okay, though not as great as they looked in the pictures. We also had an issue where we accidentally left a small stain on a towel and we were well aware and willing to pay for the damage, but they charged us 500 pesos for a simple small stain! That is not a reasonable price for such a small stain like seriously.. Even though we were ready to pay, the front desk remained unwelcoming. You could really feel them judging you deeply just because you dont "look wealthy." The looks they gave us from the moment talaga we arrived made us lose all respect for the establishment. I am truly sad because i expected a lot from this place, but i ended up disappointed and displeased. The place might have been okay if the workers were friendly, but they are very selective and you can really see it. We entered this place excited since it was a family vacation, but we left very down and disheartened.

​A Nostalgic Stay with a Side of Noodles ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ​My wife and I checked in for a quick 3-day, 2-night getaway in early February, and honestly? It was a vibe. If you’re looking for a mix of solid relaxation and a few "vintage" quirks, this is the spot. ​The Good Stuff * The Team: Top-tier service! Everyone was super accommodating, friendly, and actually responsive to our random questions. ​The Room: Clean, quiet, and came with all the essential freebies. ​The Perks: They’ve got the full lineup—a pool (heck yes), a spa, gym, salon, and a cozy cafe. You don't really need to leave the property to stay busy. ​The "Character" Quirks Look, the property is about 16 years old, so it has some "personality" (it’s showing its age): ​The "Cool" Factor: Or lack thereof—there’s no refrigerator in the room. If you’re planning on keeping drinks cold, you might have to get creative (or just head to the cafe!). ​The Mystery: The inside of the cabinet smells exactly like Pancit Canton. I’m not even mad; it was actually hilarious. Who doesn't like the smell of instant noodles? Good thing it didn't affect the whole room. ​The Shower: The main switch is basically retired. The water bypasses it straight to the heater, but hey, it gets you clean, so no harm, no foul! ​The Decor: Some crown moldings are asking for a bit of TLC, and the bathroom has a few small mold spots. ​The Verdict ​Is it brand new? No. Is it a great value? Absolutely. We scored a massive discount via Agoda, so for the price we paid, we really can’t complain. It’s an older gem that’s still got it where it counts. As of March 12, 2026 Someone used my Youtube account with their TV hahahaha. That's my fault for not logging out.

Free parking, spacious room but no elevator so if you have lots of luggages it’s not convenient but only 2 floors so not as bad, need an upgrade though , bed is not as comfortable and the towels are getting rough. But it’s very affordable

Well to be honest I quite surprised with this hotel, the location are good, not so great as you still need to walk around 15-20mins to Ayala mall etc but it's good enough. Staff are friendly, room is good for me and the price make it a super good deal. However if you want to look for some restaurants in walking distance then they don't have much choices around there just coffee beans is like 5mins walking distance. They have a restaurant in the hotel though. Overall I enjoyed the stay over there. Good place

Unfortunately had to leave this place after 1 night. Mould in the room, very noisy air conditioning, only a thin blanket on the bed and air conditioning on cold all night. Didn't get much sleep as was cold all night. Needs a tidy up.
