A pleasant stay with spacious rooms, a satisfying breakfast buffet, and a convenient location! One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of options. From pastries, fresh fruits and vegetables, cereals, and coffee to the usual meat selections of chicken, fish, and pork, there was something to suit different preferences. It was a great way to start the day, and the variety made breakfast worth looking forward to. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, giving enough room to relax after a long day. The hotel’s location is also a big plus, as it is very close to Ayala, making shopping, dining, and getting around convenient. The gym, however, could use some improvement. The equipment looks dated, and some machines are due for repair or replacement. Nevertheless, it was still a welcome amenity for guests who want to squeeze in a workout during their stay. As for the price, I found it reasonable considering the room size, breakfast selection, and proximity to Ayala. Spacious rooms, a great breakfast buffet, and a strategic location. A few facilities could use an upgrade, but overall, it was a pleasant and worthwhile stay

We stayed at Hotel Elizabeth Cebu for 4 nights. On our first day, the initial room had a strong musty smell, so we requested a room change. The second room smelled much better, but we noticed a reddish stain on the bed cover. We didn't say what we thought it was, but after lifting the bed cover, we found more red stains underneath. We immediately called the front desk, and housekeeping responded quickly by replacing all the bedding. Aside from that incident, everything else was fine. The hotel is a bit old but generally well maintained. The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was average and didn't really suit our taste, with limited food choices. Overall, we still had a comfortable stay, mainly because of the excellent service from the staff.

We stayed in the suite. We were pleasantly surprised and i think we have found our go to hotel in Cebu! And will try to book their Baguio branch too when we go back there. However, the bathroom plumbing might be better with refurbishing coz after using the tub, the floor really gets wet. But the suite itself was well designed, and spacious. Oh and the breakfast buffet was very good too! The lobby and other parts of the hotel looked posh too. Really nice place. We will definitely come back and will recommend this place to other families too

Good Location, but the Overall Experience Falls Short The hotel’s main strengths are its convenient location near Ayala and its friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not meet expectations. Our stay was disappointing overall. The hotel was not flexible with basic requests, such as late check-out. In my experience traveling both locally and internationally, this was the first time such a request was denied unless we paid an additional 1,000 pesos, which felt unreasonable. The property also lacks a proper lobby area and does not offer amenities for children, making it less suitable for families. Kids would likely find little to do during the stay. The rooms felt outdated, and some of the furniture particularly the sofa caused itching, which raised concerns about cleanliness. In addition, the breakfast selection was repetitive; during our four-day stay, the same dishes were served daily. Considering the price, the overall experience did not provide good value. For a slightly higher cost, there are better options available that offer improved amenities, comfort, and overall quality. I hope management takes steps to improve guest comfort and satisfaction. Greater flexibility with requests, updated rooms, and more variety in dining would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Very nice hotel but the breakfast buffet moved from good to okay, and now bad during past 5 years. Beside not many selections, the waffles was very nasty, light in color and very soft. You will lost the appetite by just looking at it. The breakfast was nothing compared with other hotels around the area, if that's important to you. The room and staffs here in Hotel Elizabeth was very nice.

We stayed at the Elizabeth Hotel Cebu for three nights and, unfortunately, experienced a continuous stream of issues from the moment we arrived. Within 25 minutes of checking in, we discovered that the room safe was broken. Shortly afterwards, there was a power outage (brownout), and the hotel's generators failed to operate properly. Later that same day, there was another power outage. Our room was located on the third floor next to an outdoor smoking area. The patio door did little to prevent cigarette smoke from entering the room, making it uncomfortable from the start. At around 10:30 pm on our first night, approximately 10–15 people gathered in the smoking area, drinking alcohol and shouting loudly. Drinking is supposedly against hotel policy, yet the staff took no action. The noise was so excessive that it felt as though the group was inside our room. The lack of soundproofing and double glazing only made matters worse. Additionally, the bathroom door handle was broken. After raising several concerns, we were eventually able to move rooms at around 11:30 pm, but only after paying an additional charge. In our children's room, the toilet flush was also not working. Day 2 brought more problems. Both room key cards stopped working, and the shower water was only lukewarm at best, with no proper hot water available. When we returned to the hotel that evening, the key cards once again failed to work. On Day 3, there was still no hot water. After leaving at 2:00 am for a day trip and returning at around 9:00 pm, we found ourselves locked out again. Neither of our room key cards worked, and the cards for our children's room had failed as well. It took two separate visits to reception before the issue was finally resolved. Once we gained access to the room, we discovered that the toilet flush was broken and there was still no hot water. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi throughout our stay was extremely poor. The connection was unreliable, slow, and often unusable, which made planning activities and staying connected unnecessarily frustrating. The service was also inconsistent. The staff at reception were generally not very welcoming. During our stay, we rarely saw any of the front desk staff smile or show much warmth towards guests. In contrast, the room service team were excellent, always friendly, professional, helpful, and consistently smiling. They were one of the few bright spots during our stay. Over the course of three days, we experienced broken room facilities, repeated power outages, failed key cards, no hot water, faulty toilets, excessive noise, cigarette smoke entering the room, poor Wi-Fi, and a lack of enforcement of hotel policies. While some members of staff were pleasant and helpful, the sheer number of issues encountered during such a short stay was unacceptable. While the rooms were generally clean and the basic amenities were adequate, they fell well short of what we would expect from a four-star hotel. Combined with repeated maintenance problems, power outages, a lack of hot water, and faulty facilities, the overall experience felt much closer to that of a budget hotel than a four-star property. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we have experienced, and we would not recommend the Elizabeth Hotel Cebu to others. We would not return.

My first time staying at Hotel Elizabeth Cebu was a wonderful experience. The hotel's design is beautiful, both on the outside and especially on the inside. The security staff were attentive and alert to everyone entering the premises, which made us feel safe and comfortable. The service was also very accommodating and welcoming. We celebrated my cousin's graduation, and the event was held at the Lyric's Lounge. The room we booked was spacious, cool, and beautifully maintained. The food served during the celebration was delicious, making the occasion even more memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a venue to celebrate special occasions, host parties, or simply relax. It's a great destination for families, friends, and couples who want to enjoy a comfortable stay in a beautiful environment. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would gladly visit again.

This place is the ultimate stay if you like location.. but more importantly the wonderful service from each and every staff member . Their politeness is exceptional and serves is beyond. We thank each person for making our stay a memorable one. We actually don't want to leave. Our heart felt thanks to all of you. We will definitely be booking here next trip 100%
