We had a pleasant stay at Marco Polo Cebu and chose to return because of our previous experience, convenient location, and value for money. The staff were professional, accommodating, and easy to work with, especially Lau and Francis, who provided excellent service throughout our stay. The banquet food was outstanding, and we appreciated the hotel's flexibility in meeting our needs. While the property is currently undergoing renovations and is showing its age, we experienced minimal disruption and barely noticed any noise. The spacious rooms and event venues more than made up for it. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we look forward to coming back.

Me and my family had an amazing time at Marco Polo Hotel Cebu..The Hotel is lovely and spacious. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices and what makes even special are the staff, very helpful and attentive. We love the staff at Marco Polo from the front desk, housekeeping, security, bell men, food and beverage staff, concierge , lifeguards, maintenance everyone was so amazing, very polite, helpful, caring and they always happy to help and assist, well done Marco Polo Cebu, you guys should be very proud of yourself. The next time we come and visit Cebu, we definitely stay at Marco Polo Hotel. Oh and the food was lovely, my favourite was the lechon kawali and ensaymada, very tasty. Thank you very much Marco Polo for looking after us, you guys are amazing, excellent service, we miss you all but we will comeback.🙂❤️🤩

The hotel made the whole experience comfortable and memorable, and we truly appreciated the warm and attentive customer service from the staff.
