We had a wonderful stay at Seda Ayala, and we were truly impressed with the excellent service throughout our stay. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We would especially like to commend the restaurant team during breakfast. The service was excellent, and everyone was attentive and accommodating. Special thanks to Fatima, who assisted us during breakfast. She was very warm, courteous, and attentive, which made our dining experience even more pleasant. Overall, we had a great experience at Seda Ayala. From the comfortable room to the excellent service, especially at the restaurant, everything was well taken care of. We would definitely recommend Seda Ayala and look forward to staying again!

The location next to Ayala Center is excellent, but the hotel facilities were disappointing for a four-star property. The room phone was not working, so I had to go down to the front desk just to request drinking water. The refrigerator barely cooled anything, making it impossible to keep water or food cold in Cebu’s heat. If bottled water is only available on request, at least provide water dispensers on each floor. The amenities were also very limited. Only one toothbrush and one set of cotton buds were provided, despite multiple guests staying in the room. Constantly requesting basic necessities is inconvenient. The location is great, but the facilities and guest convenience need significant improvement.

I had a great experience dining at Misto Lobby Restaurant. I had my breakfast and dinners therein, and all had been a pleasant experience. However, the best part was their very accommodating and warm staff — Kerk, Jhonray, and Jhoena. I remember during my last night, the theme was Seafood. They served me these great crab and shrimp, and they were very helpful and supportive as I had to eat them with my bare hands! I would ask for lemon wedges and they would gladly provide them. They would even visit me in my table from time to time to check how I was doing. It was a very good experience as I felt no judgment considering. Thank you Kerk, Jhonray, and Jhoena for showing me the Cebuano hospitality! 💜

The hotel offers good value for money, and the breakfast is good. However, the gym definitely needs an upgrade. The equipment looks outdated, almost as if it was purchased from old gyms that had already closed down. Investing in newer, more modern machines would greatly improve the overall guest experience. On the positive side, having a dry sauna is definitely a plus and adds value to the hotel’s facilities.

Always a pleasure to be back at our favorite go-to hotel, Seda Ayala Center Cebu! Every time we visit Cebu, we know we can count on this hotel to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We’ve chosen Seda time and time again, and it never fails to impress. A special thank you to Mary from the breakfast team, who has become my parents’ favorite! Thank you, Mary, for remembering the little things and surprising me with the mango, puto maya, and sikwate exactly what we came for! It was also amazing that you still remembered my usual iced latte. I also enjoyed giving my parents their little “booster shots” during our stay, and they absolutely loved it! It made our Cebu trip even more memorable and fun. It’s these thoughtful gestures, wonderful food, and great service that keep us coming back.

Excellent service! I accidentally left my tablet in my room after check-out. Charmane and the FO Team quickly located it, kept it secure, and smoothly coordinated the pick-up by my colleague. Truly professional and helpful — turning a lost item into a five-star experience. Highly recommended!

My wife and I love the location of this place because it's next to the Ayala Shopping Mall. The room I believe is smaller than the hotels I have gone to before. I love the bathroom because it's fully lighted (really bright) not like the other hotels where I had tried. I believe our stay and the breakfast in the hotel was worth the money I paid for.

I always choose Seda Ayala Center Cebu for my stays because of its excellent location, just beside the mall, its cleanliness, and the consistently good service. What makes my stay even more memorable is the genuine hospitality of the staff. A special mention goes to Valerie at the reception, who always takes the time to ask how I am doing. This morning, when I was feeling unwell because of my allergies and runny nose, she thoughtfully prepared a ginger booster drink for me. This was not even part of the breakfast offerings, which made the gesture even more meaningful. It is these little acts of kindness and personal attention that make a difference and make guests feel genuinely cared for. Thank you, Valerie, and the entire Seda Ayala Center Cebu team, for making my stay comfortable and special. This is why Seda remains my personal hotel of choice whenever I am in Cebu!
